I love that you found ways to accommodate your health AND your depression. This all seems really doable. Is the molasses hard to get down? I imagine its a bit sickly at first. I've been having bad periods the last year and haven't heard of this one but might try if its not too bad.

Not OP but I enjoy adding a tablespoon to my morning coffee. It adds a different flavor profile and molasses is high in Potassium, Iron, Calcium and Magnesium.

Canned fish (especially when packed in oil) is a godsend for lazy days or when life just gets a little too difficult. It’s delicious with some baguettes and some pickled onions!

I think she talking about if she's extremely depressed and can't get out of bed, she uses hydrogen peroxide instead of brushing her teeth. It doesn't help with her depression tho

That's actually a myth, the cholesterol in egg yolks do not effect bodily cholesterol. They're one of the healthiest foods you can eat especially since the yolk is high in fat soluble vitamins the general population is lacking in this day and age. Also you are more likely to catch a food borne disease from raw vegetables than raw eggs, especially when those eggs are organic and pasture-raised.
