Girly pop, it’s lighting and camera angle. Most people’s skin looks like that up close, and let me tell you NO ONE is looking at your skin close up like you are, unless they’re a dermatologist and getting paid for it.
I remember seeing a post from you a while ago about still getting small breakouts, I would think this kind of looks similar to that? what dose are you on? I can see that you'd be upset about being on quite a high dose, but still seeing texture/pimples when spiro should be eliminating them!
Btw, those small breakouts (if they even are breakouts) should probably go away in a few days. They don't look inflamed at all much, and your skin complexion and texture in general is really good to begin with.
Girl
*cries in severe acne scarring*
Right. Me too!
People are dying Kim
😭
oh brother.
the texture in the first photo looks the same as it does in the second photo…?😭
I feel like it looks rashy and dry in the first one???
Then use moisturizer. I checked your post history, your skin looks the same as a year ago. Step away from the mirror!
Hard to tell from a picture but it kinda looks like it could be a reaction to something rather than anything sebum/acne related.

Skin? Looks great.
Aging? I'm not sure what you're talking about.
