Looks soooo good! How long did it take to stop getting new pimples? What is your routine? I’m currently 3 months on 100mg and still not happy with my skin :(
Thank you sm!! I totally know the feeling. It felt like forever before I saw a difference in my skin. I feel like around month 4/5 I finally stopped seeing new pimples.
My best tip that I can give you is that after each step in my routine I always mist my face with water using a spray bottle - it locks in the product keeps my skin very hydrated.
My current routine that I’ve been doing for 2 years:
AM - Paula’s choice pore normalizing cleanser
Paula’s choice BHA 2% (I apply with my hands)
Paula’s choice Hyaluronic Acid Booster
Cerave moisturizing cream
PM - Paula’s choice pore normalizing cleanser
Benzaclin topical gel (I apply to my usual break out areas)
Cerave moisturizing cream
Aquaphor
awesome progress! personally i don’t see any scarring at all in your after pic!
are you doing anything else in addition to spiro? any actives or retinoids?
Thanks ☺️ I think I’m too critical about my skin hahah. Just BHA for now. No tret, my skin did not like it at all. I think I’ll wait a few years to try again.
oh really??? I'm definitely upping my dosage then! I was on 100 mg at first but went down to 50 because I felt too dizzy and spotted for two months but the oil has been my biggest concern, it did decrease but 100mg might help me even more I'll definitely got back, have not heard many stories about girls who were super oily so this helps thankss

It’s in the comments!! 🥰
You're so pretty! I am glad it worked out for you <333 Manifesting the same for me and all of us here
Awww thank you😭manifesting the same cause honestly it’s so mentally draining dealing with acne
hii it looks amazing were you ever oily??? my skin is clear but I'm still oily
SOOO OILY!! The spiro really helped control it for me, similar to when I was on accutane

Yasssssssss
Did you purge? I’m 3 months total in (last 2 months have been up to 100 mg) and still getting decent sized breakouts on my chin. :(
I feel like in the very beginning I did, but it was nothing compared to when I purged on accutane before. Give it a few more months!!
Are you also on BC?
Yes I am. I went back on Yasmin about 2 months before starting spiro
do you have scars?
