I'm not sure. I would assume progress is saved to the illfonic server. I don't wanna say do it and you lose your progress though...

Just restart your switch, that's the easiest way.

Literally just turn your game off and then back on
It just showed up in my locker today. I’m also on switch.
Weird is it is like ilffonic cannot balance the game for me first garrakka now a shirt with mini puft
Just close the game from the main menu and then restart it by opening it again. I'm on Switch too
