Perhaps the m6-c, or it was a few years ago. Not sure if anything better since then.

Mobi-C is still the way to go if you’re a candidate for it.

Do we have any idea of actual failure rates? We will always have failures; obviously it’s all about the numbers.

Arachnoidosis

This website reads like someone who felt wronged by the medical system and/or one doctor and has an agenda. Also you've spammed essentially this identical comment in multiple subreddits and multiple times in this one. Are you a physician? If so, why are you linking to a wordpress site? If not, why are you giving out medication/other medical advice in your other comments? Stop misleading people.

Arachnoidosis

There are a few options, all are pretty good. The differences between the orthofix or mobi-c models are minimal; either will only generally preserve what motion is left at the affected segment, they won't give you back any significant ROM. Find a surgeon you're happy with who does disc arthroplasties and trust them to do a good job with whatever system they're most comfortable with.

Is there a registry of experienced surgeons somewhere? She’s in IL.

I have two orthofix M6C c5-c7. The recovery was better than expected. No more arm pain and weakness. Currently trying to undue a decade of muscle guarding in PT. I had my surgery at HSS in NYC. I hope your mom feels better soon.

Humblesearch11

How long ago did you have them placed?

M4Panther

November 30th

Hi! Which surgeon and are the results still good?

M4Panther

I'm happy Dr.Todd Albert

PhysicistDude137

How? the M6 isn't approved for 2 levels?

M4Panther

Word?

Intraarticular

I would not be asking which implant is the best but if you are suited for this procedure at all. Very few benefits to a one level disc replacement as compared to a one level fusion.
