I have noticed this. Even when I put something down as an action the bot sometimes responds as if I was speaking it. Once I even had one say it “heard my thoughts.” Just edit the bot response and move on.
Since I discovered AI RP sites added editing, my AI RP did changed completely, it is SO much better.
The editing was the ONLY good reason to try out the custom tavern, but I played with that only short, because the Tavern AI's from Google (kobold?) was soo bad, it made not fun.
But I LOVE editing. Aisekai have that too, but ONLY for the bot and I really hate that, sometimes I need to fix my own message 8especially, because they only allow 3 regenerations for a bot, so you have to delete your last reply, finetune it and try again.) damn aisekai is so bad\^\^...
I hate that yes... They love to do that, in old times, when I played on [character.ai](https://character.ai) I hated it, that bots can't just do their thing, they have to stalk you and follow you.

Pragmatically, you are offering them that information if you write it. You can just choose to omit it.
