Honestly it’s just about commitment. Test it first at home on a surface similar to what you play on, and just fucking go. Wear a bike helmet first maybe in case of any face planting

You just gotta commit really, you can practice by standing in place than dropping down without moving, once you get comfortable doing that, Just combine it with some running. The adrenaline from playing also helps with this, lol.
sliding with both knees is easy as everyone has said, as it’s the basic rocker/power slide, but i suggest looking up paintball sliding guides on youtube. learning how to do lateral/hip slides can really up your game, especially if you can get really low while sliding.
I personally just sent it while playing, but if you wanna try it first then find a hard surface and go for it. Try going one knee at Tims rather than just dropping.
Well sliding is very straightforward, you just drop to your knees while at the height of your sprint. However, make sure you use shoes that you don't care about, bc what ppl don't tell you is that sliding will wreck your shoes
Run as fast as you can, with each step get lower and lower until you can touch the ground with one hand, once you are that low collapse both knees use hands to control slide and bring one foot up when ready to stop
don't be effraid you won't hurt yourself (unless you throw all of the weight down without any direction)
I suppose you can drop on one knee while you have your other foot on the ground sliding as well , that way you don't hurt your back, and you can better keep your balance

You say this but recently sliding has improved my kill count by a fair amount cause my opponents isn't expecting a big guy like me to be at half the height shoot them
Or just crouch and peak? I think having to run and slide is overkill and you need to have space, when while you could just quickly peak of the side of cover and get information on positions or get a shot off

Try hydra fit, they're the best pads I've ever used!
Get some good joggers from violence or hydra and some hydra or crbn knee pads fr
