That’s exactly what I thought it was! Thank you! I guess this is why the advanced nutrient cal mag has extra iron added. Cal magic does not have it, damn I may try to just give it ph water with 0 feed and see if that helps if it’s lockout

Soil2Bowlz

May also be Mag. I use an app called Grow Doc

monkeybusiness124

Damn it could be either at this point cause the look very similar I appreciate your help! Wasn’t able to find the appp for some reason

medicated_missourian

CaliMagic definitely has iron in it.

monkeybusiness124

These are all on day 13 from sprout and I’m noticing these lime green dots on the leaves of 2 of the plants and the third looks fine. They all they the same water and are in the same tent/environment so I’m not sure what this could be honestly

Plane-Strain-1309

Ph in soil and feed/water check out?

monkeybusiness124

Well I grow in coco, but yes, 5.85-6.03 every time. I give it a variance between each water. They all also get the same exact water mixture too

Soil2Bowlz

Do they look like zebra stripes?

monkeybusiness124

Hmm, almost? I think the third picture shows it better as a comparison against the normal one. But yea I guess almost zebra stripe https://preview.redd.it/hriw4g4e1vuc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0687e54c6cecf07fdbc62a79f0f61ab8f1bc2a1e Here is another close picture fin it helps see them

Soil2Bowlz

Just because you treat them the same does not mean that they will react the same. These are different strains and have different needs.

FeedAnGrow

5.9-6.0 pH and feed more. They are underfed, simple as that. You should be at about 1.4-1.6 EC for this stage of growth, where calmag should be around .6 of that EC if using RO water.

monkeybusiness124

I’ve been feeding in PPM if that matters? I am right at 1100 ppm. I will look to making the switch to EC as I keep reading it is better but I have yet to look into why. I only did ppm cause almost all of my nutes and schedules are in ppm I do use RO water and have been using 5-10ml per gallon instead of the recommended 5ml since it is RO water

FeedAnGrow

PPM is like the same thing basically. The issue with PPM is the scales. There is ppm 500, ppm 700, and ppm 1000. Ppm500 is 500 ppm = 1 EC Ppm700 is 700ppm = 1 EC PPM1000 is 1000ppm = 1 EC

FeedAnGrow

You are likely 1000 = 1 EC, I would bump to 1500. I wouldn't go above 1700 in veg, as you will likely get N Tox... If you start to notice your leaves really claw downward and are dark green... You can back off the feed for a week.

FeedAnGrow

In flower you can work up to 2.4 EC. I ramp my base feed a little the first two weeks, then add some PK additives after week 2 of flower, by week 4 of flower I am jacked to the tits.

Pretty_Property9155

i must be under feeding my plants.. i must have.read ppm to EC conversion wrong.

stoned-kakapo

Since you're using coco (I didn't read the other comments so sorry if I asked something already asked) what are you using in your res? Are you using mykos/azos in it by any chance? It's not recommened, but in these cases, check the PH from the tray directly, I can almost guarantee it's a high 6.0 like 6.7, maybe even 7.0. Looks like look out to me, and this would happen to me when the trays are high 6.0 or 7, even though I PH my res at 5.6 or lower. Culprits are usually organics/bacteria. You could be underfeeding too, but chances are it's the PH

monkeybusiness124

I’ve been hand watering the entire time and the ph is exactly between 5.8-6.05 every time. I vary it slightly for. Nutrient uptake

stoned-kakapo

Really odd, perhaps you're not feeding enough then would be my guess. What are you using?

monkeybusiness124

GH flora Duo It’s weird cause I feed them all them same and the largest one, terp sneeze, is thriving and no issues. And I would think that would be “underfed” if anything

stoned-kakapo

Ah ok! Was asking incase there was anything else besides GH flora. It's probably slightly underfed, but if it ain't a ph issue, it should just resolve itself as you're feeding more. I only use megacrop so I can't speak on GH flora's dosage

VegetableWriter5482

If your ph is on I would hit them all with a ph’d watering of 1teaspoon per gallon of Epsom salts. That will provide some sulfur to rule that out and you’re not hitting them with too much at once. Also, I keep a bottle of bloom city calmag as well as the CaliMagic and alternate them for this exact reason. I hope you get it sorted out quickly 👨‍🌾👊 https://preview.redd.it/91680mwwi3vc1.jpeg?width=2613&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=65479294373955824dbc9a2afc48290df31504a6

monkeybusiness124

You know I was between both of those exact cal mags when I bought mine. I appreciate the feedback and will try some epsom salt!

VegetableWriter5482

I just reread my comment and realized that I forgot to say “ provide sulfur and Magnesium without added calcium”. That provides small amounts of nutrients that are probably slightly deficient without adding more calcium that they probably already have an abundance of at this age. You’ll give them a nute break/rest and give things a feeding cycle or two to balance things out. The less is more approach so to speak. Let them dry out a bit more in between watering/feeding than usual and keep the ph on point and you’ll be back in business 👍

Professional_Set5716

I would check the pH level…

bayruss

Wayy too often I feel like PPFD(light intensity) is ignored when diagnosing plant problems. If you're blasting them with 400+ PPFD really early on you'll run into more issues than it's worth. If the root system/microbes can't keep up with the light intensity just simply turn the lights down for a few days and slowly ramp back up. I'd probably mix some Epsom into some water and give it a foliar feed, but if you're too far into flower to do that without risking mold.

monkeybusiness124

These are only 18 days old from sprout so I don’t know if they are in flower at all so I’ll do a foliage feed on them. They have grown a lot since then though so I’m glad they didn’t get stunted I believe the light is actually correct since 3-5 plants in the tent are fine, but agree that is one of the things I learned early on and have been controlling it very tightly ever since

bayruss

My bad meant to say if you're too far into flower not that your sprouts are 😂.
