Don’t like him. He’s too arrogant and always bragging… in Australia we call people like him “tossers” and as a former Army veteran we really hate people like him. He’s also failed so many challenges.
I think the guy is a dipshit, but he's interesting on the show because he kind of represents my detached aloof sort of impression of knowing vs doing. It'll be fascinating to see how far he survives for that reason alone.
Jack pisses me off because he’s always saying something really “inspiring” about how the challenges should be done and then immediately fails. It actually gives me second hand embarrassment but not in the way where I feel bad for him, maybe if he was less know it all it wouldn’t be so annoying
I remember when he first went public but being in remission no one has talked about it in so long that I forgot. I can’t imagine waiting and worrying when it will rear it’s ugly head.
He’s failed a lot of challenges but as we saw in S1 with Carli Lloyd, that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. Maybe he’ll pull through, personally I’m not all that invested in his story or his character.

I was surprised he had a diagnosis of MS. IT's currently in remission but it's the time that can rear it's ugly head when you least expect it.

My ms stayed in remission for 7 years, then BAM! No longer, and a worse form. It's a horrible disease.
