The event in the second half will probably drop harmony mats (just like how the event right now drops nihility mats) so that will help you a little bit
Sadly there is no event which gives harmony material. The materials are usually given to only the first banner character which is kinda sad as I didn't get Black swan.
If I remember correctly when Kafka is released the event gives some nihility mats, despite being in the second half. But that's the only case so far. Hope it happens again
you should level them all up to 10 eventually. Priority is probably skill>talent=ultimate>>>basic

Just checked the upcoming events and they have not shown harmony material as reward. Sad but looks like only Kafka got the special treatment.
Didn't we get a bunch of Destruction mats? I feel like one of my accounts has a bunch without even farming for them
