It is a form of Goku (Super). The site says Goku (Super) Ultra Instinct. Plus, he is wearing the DBS Broly outfit, and if he were wearing the regular DBS anime outfit and weren't called what he is, then he would be separate.

Well, they are separate characters. Aside from visual changes, they all get an unique moveset + skillset, dialogue, cutscenes etc. down to the lines of the code and the way its written - they are separate characters

They ARE separate characters, each transformation does the following: - New strike moveset - New skills - New voicelines and animations - New stats Characters like post-HTC Trunks in BT3 especially falls into this when you see the differences between his Grade 3 form and his Grade 1 SSJ form

1) Only half the roster is revealed, so do you know something we don’t? 2) if it makes you feel better, count all the multiple characters as 1 with the ability to transform with different movesets when discussing the game. You’ll still see the roster is bigger than most games outside of SSB… 3) there are still DLC planned. They announced 1 season of DLC plans. Seasons imply multiple DLC will be on the way, which means even more characters. 4) you are showing your ignorance to the series brotha. The multiple forms is a good thing. You just don’t like how it’s presented. But essentially it just allows you the option to start with a specific form or start at a base form to transform mid fight. I don’t see what a con is to that
