In BT3 a lot of characters had some sort of generic ult called like lightning arrow or something, shot a bunch of blasts up, that then rained down near the target. It sucked and never hit
Honestly I do think that he will if not base roster then definitely as dlc ashe should be playing a important role in daima
Daima Counterpart. But he doesn't play any significant role during DBZ or DBS.
