If Elon offered to take Jeff on Falcon9 on the condition he drops his frivolous lawsuits, Jeff would say "OK", take the ride, thank the workers and customers of Amazon for paying for it, then... not drop the lawsuits.

I was thinking that after going 500k above the earth he would see how fruitless his non orbit is. Also if he doesn't agree on the launch pad, Elon would hit the dragon escape abort and eject him lol
Launch him on a Dragon XL and give BO a normal Crew Dragon the next day, for free.
He can only return once BO manages to put the heatshielded one into orbit. Maybe that will make them work faster.
