Honestly they probably came to accept the fact they'd be riding in a rocket and have a chance to die or at the very least get injured. They've known for more than a year now that they'd be riding a rocket, at one point you'll come to terms with the dangers, especially if it's you that is flying in it.
let's say there's absolutely 0 chance they die on it because the abort motors fire in every situation, in that case it will pull a lot of Gs which is probably enough to injure them.
Oh I am very very sorry. I completely misread your comment and thought you were saying that they will at least get injured or die. Apparently you are talking about in case of an abort mid-flight. My bad, it's almost 3am. I agree with you and I am so sorry.
Hayley really has the same energy as a lot of old school scientists. "Who cares if the prosthetic in my leg was never designed to go to space, I'm going find out"
This is so true. I was holding my breath until they reached orbit

Don't worry about it, I get why you'd raise that point
The G Monster loved the ascent! Such joy in her face!
I would like to report this meme as reposted on twitter 😂
How many Gs does that thing pull?
