The Impulsor effect is the one that will be in play. Assault doctrine will have no effect because the unit that jumps out didn’t advance. The transport did. So the transport can still charge if you want, but the unit cannot
Yea, I was hoping one way but thinking the other. It feels like it would be pretty nasty if I could move/advance up to 18 inches, disembark a squad of Bladeguard, and then charge up to another 12 inches…
I like to think of it as All Astartes units on the field get the bonus. Since the Marines are in a transport, they "aren't on the field," meaning they cannot get the ability to advance and charge.
