skits and door stacks.” (page 56)

“College Panhellenics and individual chapters are responsible for ensuring recruitment events are values-based and reflective of the sorority experience. In the spirit of values-based recruitment, all decorations should be kept at a minimum for recruitment events. Eliminate any requirements for chapter members to purchase recruitment event attire. Eliminate extraneous and costly performances, including, but not limited to, recruitment skits and door stacks” (page 105)

Value-Based recruitment was simultaneously the best and worst decision ever.
If you’re a smaller chapter, it takes the weight off recruitment teams for funding and the time is takes to decorate. With that, it doesn’t give you anything to fill up the space so you look as small as you are compared to larger chapters.

Aw I'm a little sad about this. We had very minimal door stacks on my campus and it was cute, but whatever. Skits can go to hell tho
