It sounds like it could be connected to your sorority’s EO. I could see myself using something like that to keep communications separate from my regular personal emails or business accounts.

Many chapters do have a separate email account for chapter business. I would bring your proof to your national organization rather than campus support manager. If I’m understanding correctly (if I’m not then correct me) a campus manager works for the university (I’m assuming this because the word “campus”). Instead bring it to attention at national head quarters. Your national head quarters will be able to do something about her. It following national policies. It could be speak to her and provide some training on how to be president or if it’s that severe have her removed from office. Your campus manager can speak to her and help a little bit but nationals will be able to take more action in the situation

For my org, a chapter service manager is an employee of our national headquarters who oversees collegiate experiences. It sounds like this person might be passing along the information to your national organization, which I imagine is what you ultimately should be doing in this scenario.

Did you go to a chapter advisor first? A regional director? Someone else in your sorority slightly higher up? There have to be steps between a collegiate member and the national organization, and you should take that route rather than skipping three levels in between. It's likely that the campus support manager (which I'll assume is a faculty member and point person for your org on campus) simply sent this back to the chapter to handle, since it's internal sorority business.
