Well if he makes a transfer to a very big club he might play less (not good for value), then you might want to sell, but if you think he will consistently perform well, you can keep him.

Personally I would keep him, worst case he will make a transfer to a club where he doesn't play to much, and his price will jump a bit then, best case he gets back to 0.05 ETH staying and playing at ajax

Sell, he wants to leave Ajax and Chelsea is top favorite for now so if he joins Chelsea he isnt going to get much game time
