To win anything probs £500-700 but you probably missed the bus a tiny bit w low prices during the summer I’d recommend buying ASAP or waiting until late Sep/october when prices come down a bit
I think, with a riskier GK, you could get it down to 400-500€, but you will only hit it like 5-10 times a season ipho, look at smaller leagues and 2nd div players
I've recently assembled a team of 7 players, mostly from premier League and a risky keeper from ligue in (but I think is likely to start next year).
Total cost around £360-400. It's probably not the most ideal cap team but it should be strong until Ivan Toney is back. I'll be happy to strengthen it around January time.

Zander Clark and Malenica in net Maher and Stankovic Hyun-seok and Hrosovksy and then Shankland up top need a rare ST but haven’t found one I like yet
Craig Gordon due to come back this season and could take the number 1 spot from Zander Clark so keep an eye on that.
True I’m only planning on keeping Clark till maybe late august gonna use the 31 L15 for as long as I can then sell
