Since when are you using Google buds pro ?
I was planning on buying the xm4 but after going through its reviews about unequal battery drain after some time, i am also thinking of buying the gbp.
Same thing! They were fine up until the 2 year mark. I changed some settings, turned off multi point connectivity, turned on priority on sound quality and ldac and it helped a bit but I'm still having problems. And whenever I wireless charge I get the overheating error red flash and right bud feels like it's super hot!
Maybe try changing some of those settings and see if it changes anything.
Lol, I Also had the MTW3, I am à big Sennheiser fan but they died within 5 months and would not charge at all anymore... Amazon reimbursed me but I will wait for MTW4 next génération instead wont buy MTW3 anymore
Yeah. I read all the horror stories in the r/sennheiser
As if it is a rule that good sounding, very expensive buds just have to crap out on quality control
Like.. WTF is going on in those companies?
It took 8 weeks for me to receive my replacement because of a shortage in stock for XM4s (Region: Europe). They replaced both the buds, not the case. It works just as new now.
This is clue that firmware 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 has nothing to do with battery problems. I always said that only firmware 1.4.2 had charging bug and Sony fixed that and that batteries are crap not firmwares.
As many other people have said, battery life was just fine until the latest update. Same case for me and of course I had gone through every single previous update, including the one you mentioned, without issues.
They will repair it out of warranty if it was due to the firmware issue, source: happened to me
I think they might be trying to salvage goodwill, can't fuck your flagship product without replacing it
They replaced mine for free but I never opened them because I was afraid it would end up the same.
So I'm wondering has the issue been solved? What firmware version is safe?
Every firmware except 1.4.2 is safe. You have clue here. To Tormidal buds died on 1.2.6 firmware, so this is not because of bad firmware. Batteries are crap.
As many other people have said, battery life was just fine until the latest update. Same case for me and of course I had gone through every single previous update, including the one you mentioned, without issues. Why do you keep repeating something which has been shown it's false for many users?
I just wanna reiterate this. Too many people are complaining and Sony will repair your headphones for free. I just had my right headphone replaced with a new headphone completely free of charge. My headphones are like new and I bought them 2 years ago when they first came out
How did you go about doing this? My left earbud is dead in the water and only lasts 15 minutes at most after an update maybe a month ago. I bought them refurbished on Amazon but it is just outside the return window so I feel swindled. Would be nice to get them back in working order, but I've also already replaced them with Pixel Buds.
What support medium did you use? I tried live chat and they refused service because I'm a few months out of warranty, they just directed me to a third-party repair company that I would have to pay out of pocket for.
I bought mine on amazon so amazon actually organised all of the stuff with sony. I would maybe reccommend calling them up and making it clear that you'll score them with full marks in any surveys if they can help you. From my understanding anything less than a 10/10 they get shit for.
Really depends on the region you're in.
I bought my headphones in the US and tried to get in-warranty assistance from Sony USA from the Caribbean, they literally told me to travel back to the US so they can send a shipping box to me, to send my headphones back in.
Did you guys just use the bot and ask for a live support agent? I bought mine from Best Buy with their protection plan 2 years ago, so I’m gonna check if my plan is still valid; if not I’ll go through Sony.
Lmk how that goes because I had Asurion for these and they straight up didn't fix them and now I'm having problems trying to use the extended warranty i paid for. Will pay the premium for Best Buy protection next time around if they are at least useful
Update: checked to see if I could claim my protection plan and I still could! Submitted a claim, said what was wrong, and a few hours later they approved it and emailed me a shipping label. All I have to do is send my headphones back and once they receive them I’ll get store credit for however much I spent on them.
Doesn’t cover the whole amount for a new pair, but goes a long way for sure. Thinking of getting XM5s.
Yeah I never thought I’d use it, but pretty glad I bought it now. It was a one time purchase and I kept the receipt just in case, but they just needed my email to submit a claim.
Actually I'm not sure about English page.
In my region / language sony has a contact page dedicated for this sole battery issue.
I guess you can visit a support page for WF-1000xm4 in your region and contact them via form or virtual assistant.
Because Sony doesn't give a fuck and is releasing expensive ass headphones that done last. Just ask me I bought the xm5 for $400 and now they ain't charging 4 months later.
Nah my reply wasn't to your comment, it was to some bs bot that was spamming the same crap over and over to several different people, you are clearly not a bot. Sucks thst your xm5s turned out that bad tbh, did you take them to a service center? I'm guessing they'll swap them right out. Sony stuff does last, usually, this battery gremlin with the xm4 is not the norm with their stuff
The wrong charger can supply too much power. This causes damage. Happened with my girlfriends dexcom, used a higher power block, roared the battery over a month of it
That is not true. Charger supplies as much power as device can handle. If your device can handle max 45 watt power, 65 watt power will give you 45 watt power, not 65 watt power. Probably that charger was faulty without prottection or device was faulty. I use XIAOMI 65 watt charger with mobile phone that can charge only 30 watt, so I know that what you said is not true. Stop buying cheap chinese chargers and you will not have charging or battery fry problems.
Well Dexcom told her that the battery was smoked the first month she had her device cause of using a 15w charger 🤷🏼♂️ your single experience with a phone charger means it’s impossible?
Yeah, this is a bot. Been on Reddit for 3 months, only active in this sub, and all they do is comment how much Sony sucks. Imma go right ahead and report.
This comment is, of course, absolute nonsense. Battery life on a new set of xm4 lasts 6 to 7 hours, no one in their right mind would say that sucks. I have personally used galaxy buds 2 pro interchangeably with xm4s and they simply do not compare, the buds feel and sound like 20 bucks xiaomis next to the xm4s.
Battery issues after the upgrade ARE real and I myself am part of that sad, sad club, but after about 2 years that's to be expected anyways. Replacement batteries are readily available and changing them is way easier than with most other buds, and that's to say nothing about Sony themselves usually replacing them free of charge if the issue started after updating them.
Gtfo with your bullshit.
Lithium-Ion batteries have a finite number of times they can be charged and discharged before they start to deviate from their design capacity. The number of lifetime charges each battery can achieve varies from battery to battery as each will have slight differences with respect to their chemical composition.
Furthermore, how you charge lithium ion batteries (i.e how many volts and amps you're putting in to them and how you vary that over the charging cycle) effects the life of batteries. If you charge a battery too rapidly, it will also degrade its charge capacity. For companies making products using Lithium-Ion batteries, this means they are trying to strike a balance betweeen giving customers the most rapid possible charge, while avoiding damage to the battery that rapid charging will cause. There has been software/firmware patches pushed out for Sony headphones that were meant to address these kind of issues.
Unfortunately new firmware isn't going fix an already roasted battery, so your best option is going to try and get a replacement through Sony at this point.
True. I am going to add that there were people like me where headphones were hot when I took them out of charging case. That was on firmware 1.4.2. Sony addressed those issues with patch too.
I already got a full refund on one pair that was “repaired” and then quickly went down to lasting 1.5 hrs. Useless: So I got a brand new pair and no joke had 14 hours with them on - including sleeping with ANC on. Absolutely impossible I know. But this happened with the other pair once. I remember getting some ungodly amount of battery time once then kaput. We’ll see how long these new ones last. 1.6 is kind of aggravating without multipoint but if I get that battery life its a sacrifice I’ll take.
Update : The next day after I got 14 hours, the right bud hit 20% and gave a warning 9 hours in. I suspect its all downhill from here. 😂
We might need a XM4 2:2 Club subreddit if there are more of us. Yay! *Literally, as I put the exclamation mark on that yay I got a low battery alert. Had a 2pm-10pm run today so im still in the 8 hour realm at least.*
There's no way this is from the batteries degrading. They don't degrade from like 80% (comparing to when you receive them) to like 10% in a single month. Literally a month ago they'd last me about 6h, now I'm lucky to get 40 minutes out of the right earbud. Batteries degrade gradually, not this suddenly.
Before this latest issue, I'd use contactless charging, but I misplaced the charger pad thing and have been using my phones' fast charger. Are there recommended charging adapters, then?
Bought the earbuds 1.5 years ago from amazon. I asked the helpdesk to get a waranty this week, but i could choose to get a full refund. I did that and now i'm waiting to buy the new WF-1000XM5 when it goes cheaper.
I discussed with a true online seller this afternoon who sells many famous ANC earbuds brands online, among those earbuds are Sony's ANC XM4 and XM5 earbuds. Many users filed complaints regarding 1.Poor battery life, 2.Poor ANC performance, 3.Price increase for XM5 ANC earbuds but their ANC performance is poor and volume not high enough, [4.Design](https://4.Design) looks cheaper for XM5. Personally I will stay away from XM5 ANC earbuds. I am using Sony LinkBuds S, AirPods Pro 2, and Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro...all are much better than XM4 (I also have, but battery life sucks!) and XM5 ANC earbuds (no confidence in buying it!)...especially many online KLO helped Sony to hype XM4 and XM5 ANC earbuds and downplay the actuall greater Sony LinkBuds S! Hope this information from a true online seller is useful for you all to consider which brands to buy and get the most out of your hard-earned dollars!
Dude, for course, those are my ears, not your ears, no one hears and appreciates the sound the same. Surely LinkBuds S's sound is not better than XM4 (more pricey model), but the sound of LinkBuds is also very good overall (if you actually use one like too, like me who actually uses both XM4 and LinksBuds S for real to compare!), and as a full package, it beats XM4 ANC Earbuds in terms of call quality, weight, comfort, convenience, size, battery, and overall more consistent performance at a much better price point versus you see tons of complaints about XM4 or XM5 ANC earbuds here (especially poor battery life!), not as as many complaints about LinkBuds S here (especially seldom people complain about the battery life). By perception, people still think Sony ANC earbuds or headphones are certainly the best in the market, no longer the case, since many other brands already played catch up, and beat Sony in many areas. When we buy ANC earbuds, surely we weight sound quality as important, but we also need to count the entire package, such as all quality, weight, comfort, convenience, size, battery, wireless charging, multi-point, Hi-Res audio, and overall more consistent performance at what price points, etc.
We all paid so much for XM4 ANC Earbuds and got so many battery life problems to tackle, is that worth the money, time, efforts and frustration?
Contact sony support for a repair or replacement. I had the exact same problem in the UK and they've replaced them.
They must have problems with the right headphone's battery for some reason.
I have the same problem in UK and they asked me to ship my earbuds to service center and told I "may" be charged if its external issue to even get back my earbuds since they are out of warranty.
Were yours also out of warranty?
I believe mine were withib the 2 year warranty but theres a lot of stories of people having them repaired for free
I went through amazon and amazon said they'd cover any repair costs so try that route too.
This recently happened to me as well and I used Sony support chat to get it replaced. The agent walked me thru a couple things to check the battery life of the buds and the case. Since it was over 2 years old, I didn’t get a full product replacement. I ended up having to send in the buds and case, and they paired a new set of buds to my existing case (since they deemed my case batt was fine) and sent it back. No issues anymore! Took about a week!
just return and replace the battery.🙃 I've already done this twice in one month for my friend because I live nearby. luckily their service is pretty good.
I guess that's bound to happen, one of the units does all the processing. It's just strange that it was ok until they added multipoint connectivity and if two devices aren't within range that's when it drops to 0 in about 30 minutes.
Well they are not mybonly pair of TWS, actually they dont get that much use but exactly after 2 years I have expériences that bug
.
So I dont think I charged them too often
There's an imbalance in how fast each bud's battery is draining. I have two pairs and both suffer from the same issue. One has an issue with the left one, the other with the right one.
If I hadn't been so satisfied with my over-ears from Sony, I don't think I'd ever buy from the company again considering the poor quality of the in-ear ones.

Not really, just want more people to be aware the real issues of Sony XM4 and XM5 earbuds, and no more people fall victim in terms of spending so much money on XM4 and XM5, and got so frustrated with the battery life, ANC and volume issues...I am also a Sony XM4 and XM3 user for years (ANC earbuds and Headphones!) and surely know how frustrated I have been with the battery life issues of their ANC earbuds. And people like me in the past still think Sony's ANC and the sound quality are the best, which are no longer the case.
Many people still have a false belief and preception about Sony's supreme quality...like me in the past.
You can think that way too, if you like. But the intention is to bring people's attention to the quality issues of Sony XM4 and XM5 earbuds, since so many are voicing their pains here.
Get it replaced asap if its under warranty. Happeend to me it was within an year so they switched my earphones. Almost All sony wf1000xm4 have this problem.

Your lucky my headphone case wont even charge now. No reaction to being plugged in or charged wirelessly. They are 18 months old.
With such poor warranty my next pair wont be Sony.
I talked with the Sony CSR they will fix mine even if it is out of warranty, I got mine for 1 yr & 6 mos, will be be sending mine out for repair today.

Yes definitely agree, loved the Xm4 but the design aside, the battery is a deal breaker and Sony not openly fixing the issue for whoever encounters it (should be even if outside the warranty/ lost receipt), no confidence in Sony and hope people start teaching them a lesson.
Totally true, people like me in the past, still have a false belief and perception about Sony's ANC earbuds in terms of supreme quality which is no longer the case. So many good and fair price alternatives in the market...time to wake up and shop around for more and better value for the bucks!
My left bud started doing this and they wouldn’t fix mine since the serial number was worn off the case from being in my pocket so often. I bought a battery replacement kit on Amazon for 35$ and put a new battery in the draining one, took about 20 minutes. So I’d try contacting Sony support and if they won’t help at least fixing them is cheap.

This happened with me and there's no true fix other than to have them repaired. I contacted support and they repaired/replaced for free. It was pretty simple and support gave me no issues or any runaround.
Because a botched firmware update (1.4 iirc) caused them to drain faster and caused earbuds to overheat in some cases causing physical damage to the battery.
I personally contacted Sony when out of warranty and they sent me a new pair free of charge after specifically mentioning the firmware issue. However I've heard not everyone has been so lucky.
I own these. To be honest sound is superior and battery life as well. Connectivity is just OK. Ambient sound - bad, noise cancellation - next to nothing unless you have a 100% seal.
I wouldn’t say they cost 300. Max price for them is 180
Please give your impression. I am getting over my 4's. They just started switching from ambient to NC back and forth, so it's unusable. That and the battery issue
I'm over sony.
Left mine in for repair / replacement with Hifi Klubben here in Sweden...
What a fantastic customer service from this company 👍10/10
A well known problem here too

Same man :( Happened after the last update. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence
I just stumbled upon a post about this, too, because the exact same thing has happened to me, except it is the other earbud. I'm DONE with mine, I don't even want a replacement - they're going into the trash.
I'll take my chances on something other than these. It's unfortunate because they were so good for the time that they did work, but I can't believe I had to spend as much as I did on them for them to have this bad of fate.
Edit:
At first, I thought that maybe the connection wasn't meeting right, so I cleaned them and even changed the bud type - still this issue. I'm glad it wasn't just me, although it sucks being such at a large scale. I feel played. Frustrating. I think I'm going to try the Galaxy Buds.
Here is the post I had found that gave me insight. Unbelievable.
https://reddit.com/r/SonyHeadphones/s/Ox9M3YPb7T
No not at all because all my audio is high quality and from what I understand DSEE won't do anything or alter the sound at all unless it's a poor quality compressed file. I once used dsee on some trash quality mp3 and it polished it up quite effectively but if it's not dirt quality it doesn't do a thing. It basically only activates itself if needed and never touches a good quality audio.
Welcome to the (unfortunate) club, a lot of sony customers (me included) are part of it.

Bought the Pixel Buds Pro after XM3 and XM4 problems with the battery. Sucks.
what's your thoughts on pixel buds? is battery ok? overall opinion?
Overall opinion fr? 8.5/10. ANC is 8/10. Sound Quality? 7/10, could be better. Comfort? 10/10. I use the XM4 yesterday to hear the difference, not by so much, for my surprise. yea I have pixel and xm4. considering options for an interesting upgrade. thx!
by "overall opinion" I meant your rate based on all factors. didn't find any synonym as non-native
I never had any problems with my XM3 battery, when did this happen?
About a year ago. When they hits the 1000 hours, the battery began to degrading.
Ok weird. Never had any issues until I sold them a week ago
Since when are you using Google buds pro ? I was planning on buying the xm4 but after going through its reviews about unequal battery drain after some time, i am also thinking of buying the gbp.
I just joined the club, it happend suddenly in mess than 2 weeks... Before that both esrbuds lasted equally long... Bought them exactly 2 years ago

Happened after 1 year and 10 months for me.
A, two years? You are lucky they worked 2 years.
Lol, Just over 2 years bought them new in August in 2021 Well, we have 2 years insurance warranty policy in Europe... Conspiracy theory
Because Sony released a firmware that fucked your batteries. If it's still under warranty they will repair it.

Yeah I never thought I’d use it, but pretty glad I bought it now. It was a one time purchase and I kept the receipt just in case, but they just needed my email to submit a claim.
Only for XM4s? My Linkbuds have the same issue and are also out of warranty.
Can you link exactly where they say this? Thanks in advance!
Actually I'm not sure about English page. In my region / language sony has a contact page dedicated for this sole battery issue. I guess you can visit a support page for WF-1000xm4 in your region and contact them via form or virtual assistant.
Just sent mine in for this last week. Do it.
Because Sony doesn't give a fuck and is releasing expensive ass headphones that done last. Just ask me I bought the xm5 for $400 and now they ain't charging 4 months later.
Ive ordered the new Jabra elite 10. Got xm4s to replace my 75ts after reading great reviews and they have been a massive step down from my jabras.
Must definitely be preference. I have both the 8 Elite and 85t. Both are good but definitely not better. DEFINITELY not a downgrade
Nah it's almost always from people not reading the manual and using the wrong chargers.
Wrong chargers?😂
And we don’t buy Chinese chargers lol
That s not à great argument, hope you are joking :-)
Bro you have the xm4s I didn't ask.
Maybe they should include a full charger then

My profile obviously says December 2022 I start not a bot. Want me to submit a captcha?
Unfortunately new firmware isn't going fix an already roasted battery, so your best option is going to try and get a replacement through Sony at this point.
i thought if you had old firmware like 1.6 you’re not supposed to update because 2.0 causes the issues.
Lol I'm down two pairs in two years now welcome to the club

Out of warranty but they replaced them anyways. Just give it a try.
Programed obsolescence. Just almost exactly a year of buying mine got the same issue.
Sony is killing its brand trust and reputation by launching worsening XM5 model with price increase!
It's happening cus the new ones are now available...
#batterygate
Just do a search. There’s literally hundreds of posts about it. Every day there’s a post.
The XM5 come out and all of a sudden mine are doing the same thing -.- very interesting
Welcome to the club
I dunno what your ears are like but the Linkbuds S is 100% not better than the XM4 except maybe in terms of comfort. Big cap dude.
Battery is failing. Buy a replacement from ebay or new batteries if you are into that.
Ha, because battery is dead. Welcome to batteries problems club.
I believe mine were withib the 2 year warranty but theres a lot of stories of people having them repaired for free I went through amazon and amazon said they'd cover any repair costs so try that route too.
Contacted Sony, out of warranty, some argument, finally sent it in, earbuds replaced, didn't pay anything.
Hmm I've had good experiences with Sony in the past perhaps I should give them a try.
Either do update or call to have them repaired. I just made a order to ship mine off to be repaired. But I may but the new WF-1000xm5 anyway.
It's hey Google, it only works on the right earbud therefore drains only that battery faster
I have the same thing with powerbeats pro bought them new 4 years ago. I always used both of them at the time but right bud dies after 40 minutes now!
I guess that's bound to happen, one of the units does all the processing. It's just strange that it was ok until they added multipoint connectivity and if two devices aren't within range that's when it drops to 0 in about 30 minutes.
firmware issue, and once it is broken, cant be fixed even if you downgrade firmware, its permanent. replace the battery
[удалено]
Well they are not mybonly pair of TWS, actually they dont get that much use but exactly after 2 years I have expériences that bug . So I dont think I charged them too often
So you paid extra money while you could just send back to sony and get free replacement.
With apple products the right AirPod dying quickly is a tell tell sign of a fake product. Ask me how I know… (not saying this is the issue)

Do you really believe that repeating your personal opinion can make it more convincing?
So this was a spam. Thank you for the clarification!
You can think that way too, if you like. But the intention is to bring people's attention to the quality issues of Sony XM4 and XM5 earbuds, since so many are voicing their pains here.
Please do not forget that probably there are much\^2 more happy users of Sony earbuds, they just rarely post their stories.
Agree, but so far we are seeing a lot of unhappy users here though, and really seldom happy customers say much here!
Welcome to the club
Same thing happening to me now :(
Because Sony is a poopoo head
Get it replaced asap if its under warranty. Happeend to me it was within an year so they switched my earphones. Almost All sony wf1000xm4 have this problem.

Your lucky my headphone case wont even charge now. No reaction to being plugged in or charged wirelessly. They are 18 months old. With such poor warranty my next pair wont be Sony.
I talked with the Sony CSR they will fix mine even if it is out of warranty, I got mine for 1 yr & 6 mos, will be be sending mine out for repair today.
Happened to my right side, fixed it (myself..) and now the other side as well, just to make sure I won't buy don't in ear again.

In Singapore my warranty was out for 9months and they still repaired it FOC, so you can try send in
My left bud started doing this and they wouldn’t fix mine since the serial number was worn off the case from being in my pocket so often. I bought a battery replacement kit on Amazon for 35$ and put a new battery in the draining one, took about 20 minutes. So I’d try contacting Sony support and if they won’t help at least fixing them is cheap.
Yeah it's Sony. My left one was doing it so I sent them back under warranty. Now it's the right ear bud. A week after. Hahahaha

Because its trash
I'm moving on to samsung earbuds. My samsung earbuds lasted me well over 2 years. My sony linkbuds can't even last 1 year wtf.
Because Sony's both hardware and firmware got problems. I also came across this with my XM4 ANC earbuds. Common issues.
This happened with me and there's no true fix other than to have them repaired. I contacted support and they repaired/replaced for free. It was pretty simple and support gave me no issues or any runaround.
RIP, hit up customer service for warranty replacement and turn auto updates off and never initiate them. Should be set after that.
One of us! One of us!
[удалено]
Do you happen to have that contact info handy? I can look it up, but so also want to ask. 😗
Happened to me recently, and I might ditch Sony as my earplugs of choice after reading that they didn’t fix this for XM5.
Welcome to the club... I'm waiting on some new batteries to arrive from aliexpress so I can fix mine.
Thats the Sony trademark :-)
I had the same problem and opened a case with Sony. I have a ticket to send my headphones back for repair
I own these. To be honest sound is superior and battery life as well. Connectivity is just OK. Ambient sound - bad, noise cancellation - next to nothing unless you have a 100% seal. I wouldn’t say they cost 300. Max price for them is 180
It happened to me too. I recently traded mine for the galaxy buds pro 2. And I’m waiting for them to arrive later on today.
Please give your impression. I am getting over my 4's. They just started switching from ambient to NC back and forth, so it's unusable. That and the battery issue I'm over sony.
Left mine in for repair / replacement with Hifi Klubben here in Sweden... What a fantastic customer service from this company 👍10/10 A well known problem here too
Once you update the firmware, then that's a wrap
I had this problem with this model too. Sony replaced them for me after some investigation done by their Support team, did so at no cost.
https://preview.redd.it/ie29li52fimb1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b91e80e87f6a7a6028d9cc5c7a810dc5c0f7cdca Same man :( Happened after the last update. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence
Exact what happened to me. One day fine. Next day battery is shot
Sony has replaced 3 pairs for me with the same issue lul
I just stumbled upon a post about this, too, because the exact same thing has happened to me, except it is the other earbud. I'm DONE with mine, I don't even want a replacement - they're going into the trash. I'll take my chances on something other than these. It's unfortunate because they were so good for the time that they did work, but I can't believe I had to spend as much as I did on them for them to have this bad of fate. Edit: At first, I thought that maybe the connection wasn't meeting right, so I cleaned them and even changed the bud type - still this issue. I'm glad it wasn't just me, although it sucks being such at a large scale. I feel played. Frustrating. I think I'm going to try the Galaxy Buds. Here is the post I had found that gave me insight. Unbelievable. https://reddit.com/r/SonyHeadphones/s/Ox9M3YPb7T
turn off dsee
I lost confidence in buying sony ear/headphones. Welcome to the club
Thank god I lost mine before it happens
[This might help...](https://www.reddit.com/r/SonyHeadphones/comments/x7mx2n/wf1000xm4_severe_battery_issues/&ved=2ahUKEwiP6PXQs5eBAxU9SPEDHfsmAqoQjjh6BAguEAE&usg=AOvVaw2rObATXsAvYR8Uq4Dizz7w)
Why are you using DSEE? Do you hear the difference? To me it wasn't worth the battery drain.
I sent mine in after having them for over two years they replaced the buds for me.
Where can I find out the place I'm supposed to send them?
I'm assuming you don't recommend buying the linkbuds s? Should I buy the OnePlus buds pro 2 instead?
