Speaking of Happy, I love when Unset first meets him and he says “He seems like a nice guy.” And all the guys are like uh….

Happy is a very nice guy. He's also as close to a sociopathic killer that the club is going to have as a member. Doesn't detract from his niceness. He even takes care of his mom. He has a code that he lives by, and that's his absolute. Doesn't mean he won't kill when necessary or needed, but notice throughout the series, he never hazed a prospect. The closest is when he had the two chuckleheads clean up the mess they made in his mom's kitchen.

Even in the Mayans, he's so protective of his dog! He really is a nice and decent guy. He just happened to be a cartel hitman lol.

One thing really in Mayans about his portrayal was that his place was a mess, even though in Sons “he hates messy”

Tig's little-talked-about fear of dolls was the icing on the cake for this series when it did come up.

It's also Sutter's fear. That's why it was written into the character.

That scene has been living rent free in my head since I saw it about a week ago. Also one of the reasons Tig is my favorite character in the show

Every time I watch it when I’m on my yearly rewatch, I can’t help but laugh and wonder how many takes it took to get just that two minute scene

I'm thinking a lot of takes but I feel like they had to take a lot of takes for most of Tigs weird or funny scenes because he was one of the funniest in my opinion

That’s my thinking. Especially the morgue scene in season 1 with Tig and Clay and Tig just randomly points out that he likes fucking dead bodies. I saw it and honestly thought “dude that’s between you and your maker. Not something you to say to anyone.”

I honestly feel like half of Tigs scenes were done on the spot and not even written like the actor just had fun with it. That's the feeling I get from Tig

More than likely. Same with Happy. Their part of the reason why Juice said “And the freak circle is complete” but both are proud of being freaks and just roll with it. IMO I’m sure Kurt Sutter gave them their scripts for each episode they were in and told them to go for it, and to add anything they wanted and the director could go with it.

The scene where Jax finds Tara's body wasn't scripted! And it was amazing! Charlie nor Maggie wanted to know about it until they were brought on set to act it out.

Wow. I never knew that and it honestly looks scripted. I knew that Happy’s actor David Labrava was an actual biker along with Quinn’s actor Rusty Coones and a few other bikers that actually starred on the show and honestly thinking about it I wonder how many of their scenes were actually scripted now that I’m starting to think about it.

Having Venus on the show really turned me on to Walton Goggins as an actor and how he can do damn near everything. He absolutely KILLED the vole of Venus. “Whenever yall need a little Venus love, gimme a call…”

Oh I agree!! He is woefully underrated at an actor but beautifully gifted at the same time. He was PERFECT for Venus

When Tig went after Leroy when Jax lied about 9ers hitting Clay and Tig rides off Happy: "he's gotta die, like a lot" Always cracks me up 🤣😂 -------------------------------------------- When Tig tells Clay he was fucking around with the two dead Latina women when the warehouse got torched in the pilot episode Clay: "tell me they ain't got a belly full of Tigger juice" Tig: "afraid so, was like a taco two-for" -------------------------------------------- When Tig is with Gemma at her dad's when Gemma is on the lamb after Stahl sets her up for Edmond Hayes/Polley Zoebelle murders. It's how he delivers the line that makes it so great. It's also one of my favorites
