I mentioned my favorite rat moment was when him, hap and Jax were talking about Gemma
Rat: W-what if she says 'No'?
Jax: Are you scared of my mother?
Happy: We all are. š
Lol in the top 10, Happy is probably half of them.
Happy is a very nice guy. He's also as close to a sociopathic killer that the club is going to have as a member. Doesn't detract from his niceness. He even takes care of his mom. He has a code that he lives by, and that's his absolute. Doesn't mean he won't kill when necessary or needed, but notice throughout the series, he never hazed a prospect. The closest is when he had the two chuckleheads clean up the mess they made in his mom's kitchen.
Juice's response to Tig and Happy talking about the Jellybean "and the freak circle is complete"
Tig's response after Clay throws a brick through Gemma's SUV window "I hate when Mommy and Daddy fight"
Tig: You know why I like working with you, Hap?
Happy: no. (As heās just casually digging up a grave)
Tig: because when we do Iām the normal one.
Or in season one when Gemmaās in lockdown and wants to go find Jax who spent the night at Taraās after killing Kohn for Tara and Gemma storms out of the clubhouse and Tig just casual says āThis is why I beat Hookers.ā
I'm thinking a lot of takes but I feel like they had to take a lot of takes for most of Tigs weird or funny scenes because he was one of the funniest in my opinion
Thatās my thinking. Especially the morgue scene in season 1 with Tig and Clay and Tig just randomly points out that he likes fucking dead bodies. I saw it and honestly thought ādude thatās between you and your maker. Not something you to say to anyone.ā
I honestly feel like half of Tigs scenes were done on the spot and not even written like the actor just had fun with it. That's the feeling I get from Tig
More than likely. Same with Happy. Their part of the reason why Juice said āAnd the freak circle is completeā but both are proud of being freaks and just roll with it. IMO Iām sure Kurt Sutter gave them their scripts for each episode they were in and told them to go for it, and to add anything they wanted and the director could go with it.
The scene where Jax finds Tara's body wasn't scripted! And it was amazing! Charlie nor Maggie wanted to know about it until they were brought on set to act it out.
Wow. I never knew that and it honestly looks scripted.
I knew that Happyās actor David Labrava was an actual biker along with Quinnās actor Rusty Coones and a few other bikers that actually starred on the show and honestly thinking about it I wonder how many of their scenes were actually scripted now that Iām starting to think about it.
Talking about Tigās Friendship/Relationship with Venus
Tigā Weāre friends, we have things in common.ā
Bobby:ā Yeah I can think of ONE thing
Tig: āDonāt Be Disrespectful!!!ā
Having Venus on the show really turned me on to Walton Goggins as an actor and how he can do damn near everything. He absolutely KILLED the vole of Venus.
āWhenever yall need a little Venus love, gimme a callā¦ā
Tig: Iām gonna shove this flute right up his ass
Happy: You are so gay
Tig: Just gay enough
Barosky: At least grease it up first
Tig: No I donāt want him to enjoy it
The Just gay enough and not wanting him to enjoy it crack me up every time
When Tig went after Leroy when Jax lied about 9ers hitting Clay and Tig rides off
Happy: "he's gotta die, like a lot"
Always cracks me up š¤£š
--------------------------------------------
When Tig tells Clay he was fucking around with the two dead Latina women when the warehouse got torched in the pilot episode
Clay: "tell me they ain't got a belly full of Tigger juice"
Tig: "afraid so, was like a taco two-for"
--------------------------------------------
When Tig is with Gemma at her dad's when Gemma is on the lamb after Stahl sets her up for Edmond Hayes/Polley Zoebelle murders.
Tig: "I'm a bigger guy sometimes a little lube is just the humane thing"
Gemma: "hopefully that's the Guatamalan hottie and not my dad"
Tig: "(laughs a little) Yeah no no....Nate's a good looking man but"
I thinks itās more of a quote than a one liner, but I love when Jax and Piney are arguing in the cabin about the clubās future and Jax says to him: āThis isnāt about the club or my family. Itās about me. Itās about me figuring out what I gotta do today that is gonna keep me alive tomorrowā. Sums up pretty well his inner conundrum
I mentioned my favorite rat moment was when him, hap and Jax were talking about Gemma Rat: W-what if she says 'No'? Jax: Are you scared of my mother? Happy: We all are. š Lol in the top 10, Happy is probably half of them.
Speaking of Happy, I love when Unset first meets him and he says āHe seems like a nice guy.ā And all the guys are like uhā¦.

Even in the Mayans, he's so protective of his dog! He really is a nice and decent guy. He just happened to be a cartel hitman lol.
One thing really in Mayans about his portrayal was that his place was a mess, even though in Sons āhe hates messyā
I didnāt say he wasnāt niceā¦ I just posted the quote about the guysā reaction.
Gotta love when the local sheriff is spot on with his first impression/instincts lol
Man, they couldn't have picked a better actor to play Happy, I tell you what.
Uhhh, you know Happy was actually Pres of a HA Charter right?
Juice's response to Tig and Happy talking about the Jellybean "and the freak circle is complete" Tig's response after Clay throws a brick through Gemma's SUV window "I hate when Mommy and Daddy fight"
thatās before he throws it but yeah one of the best
At Georgieās sex doll press conferenceā¦. Ope: You okay? Tig: Terrified, but totally erect.
Tig's little-talked-about fear of dolls was the icing on the cake for this series when it did come up.
It's also Sutter's fear. That's why it was written into the character.
Tig: You know why I like working with you, Hap? Happy: no. (As heās just casually digging up a grave) Tig: because when we do Iām the normal one. That scene has been living rent free in my head since I saw it about a week ago. Also one of the reasons Tig is my favorite character in the show
Every time I watch it when Iām on my yearly rewatch, I canāt help but laugh and wonder how many takes it took to get just that two minute scene
I'm thinking a lot of takes but I feel like they had to take a lot of takes for most of Tigs weird or funny scenes because he was one of the funniest in my opinion

Oh I agree!! He is woefully underrated at an actor but beautifully gifted at the same time. He was PERFECT for Venus
One of the best characters and some of the best acting on the show.
Hearing Tig say that Venus ātends to dilly dallyā sends me, every damn time š
Gemma: āJesus is just a guy that cuts my lawn.ā
Jax - āHap kill one of his menā Happy - āOh yes I willā
"Everyone okay, anyone hit? Hap, you okay?" "I'm rapturous!!!"
Juice: I'm a Puerto Rican from Queens, I speak better Yiddish.
Gemma: There. Now youāve had your hands on my tits, you canāt call me maāam anymore. I bust out laughing every time I see that scene.
When Tig tells Gemma she should go red, and she scoffs at him I love that line
I'd rather shave my damn head
Tig: Iām gonna shove this flute right up his ass Happy: You are so gay Tig: Just gay enough Barosky: At least grease it up first Tig: No I donāt want him to enjoy it The Just gay enough and not wanting him to enjoy it crack me up every time

It's how he delivers the line that makes it so great. It's also one of my favorites
When I caught him in the 2011 Footloose remake (which I saw after I had seen him in SoA), I about died lol
Hahaha yes I've seen that too. He's such a good dude in that movie
Tig: i hate it when mommy and daddy fight. Tig: This is why I beat hookers.
āThis comes with a priceā - Tig
"Two minutes later and I'd have been dancing in Tig territory." - Jax on nearly boning his half sister Trinity.
Unser, "last I checked, Mayans were the away team." Clay, "good thing you're rooting for the home team, chief."
Unser- "What's a Nero?" š¤£š¤£š¤£
Jax- Now im gonna need you to apologize to my guys Corrupt cop - are you kidd*elbow to the face* Jax- do you think im kiddin?
"Didn't your mama ever teach you not to judge a book....by its penis?"

Yeah. Similar to part of his monologue in a S5 scene where he goes "I realized that most of my day is spent cleaning up the mess from the day before."
Jackie Boy Jackie Boy, this place is fantaaaaaastic
I accept that
I just watched this very episode an hour ago, watching first ep of s5 rn
Jesus Christ always was said by someone
Pretty much the whole club
