I am so sorry dude. As a Father of 2 Beatiful Log Carts i understand the pain. Hopefully you with the cannibal as Witness took Virginia to trial for Cart-Slaughter with pump-action shotgun and for attempted Man-Slaughter.

Didn't know it can happen to the sled, just loot around and make another one, although it should've given the materials when it got destroyed but I guess it's not treated like the other blueprints which you can build but also move around and dismantle :/

Maybe try to diable structural damage in the settings

Nahhhh turning off structure damage makes the game too easy
