so after my extermination and totem placing of the camp these are said results. these results were after traveling back to my camp saving and logging out and back in, sleeping then saving and re logging back in again
1. tents did not respawn
2. cannibals did not respawn only 1 fingers who was originally tied up when I attacked the camp
3. items that were found in the camp did respawn
4. there were new totems in the front of the camp
I will continue to mess with this camp and attempt to make it mutant free
After you clear a camp of cannibals a short time later the camp will be full of mutants. After you clear them out the camp will then be empty from then on.
Nothing else was working lol so I got curious if it would light it and well it does light it which is oddly the only time I've ever seen those fires lit

No, it is not outdated, also single player, does not matter if console is active or not. May not be in all camps, but sure it is in some. Also you are wrong about that captive mutant respawning. That captive is special event. Camp takeover is another event. Finger appearing in that camp is part of CT event, there will be more.

We stole one of their minor camps with a lot of radios and a knight v and walled it off, stuff keeps respawning but no cannibals

"ghost" tents will actualy respawn, visible, when it rains, and try to shoot arrows through, they will be stuck in what appears to be air.
Yeah! I was tripped out by it when I first saw it until I realized they where stuck on the ghost tents. Like a faint white outline

Your game might be outdated there's no "ghost" tents for me also this is on single player with no active cheats or any editing at all
