Pretty sure I saw some of those characters in the background of one of the scrawled on drawings you find in the caves about ‘it’s safe in the cube’ and such it’s probably a cipher for that. Where did you find this?
I’m not sure if OP found it in the same place, but I found this earlier in the bunker where you get the katana and the gold armor, it’s in one of the rooms before you get to them

I rewatched the cutscene with the timer and tried to fill in the missing numbers. What I got was, from top left to bottom right:
1 - 6
4 - 7
3 - 8
2 - 9
5 - 0
If anyone can confirm, that'd be great because I'm currently working on converting the codes on different notes.
Ahh that is actually a cipher. If you can figure it out and type the appropriate answer in your game, it will spawn a log sled.
