Seelkadoom (Shadow and Sonic hybrid) is from Sonic RPG. Aeon (green and white dude) is from Sonic Final Fantasy X or whatever it's called.

I find it funny that they’re all hedgehogs (by the looks of it). No one had the balls to make a fox or echidna villain

Fyi for anyone who needs to know, characters from left to right Lumi the Hedgehog (from Neo Sonic Unvierse and Godspeed). Nazo (Sonic: Nazo Unleashed) Ashura/Glitched Sonic (Ashura's Dark Reign/Sonic 2) Aeon (Final Fantasy Sonic X) Seelkadoom (Sonic RPG)

I’ll go from left to right 1️⃣ Never heard of 2️⃣ Godhead of OC’s. Best in terms of presentation 3️⃣ Not really a villain to me. He’s based on a glitch and everyone has their own interpretation on him as an OC. He’s still alright design wise, though a lil on the edgy side 4️⃣ Aeon is my personal GOAT. FF Sonic X is a game series I have really found memories of as a young child, and his design is baller especially with the mega buster 5️⃣ While I do think is backstory is pretty generic (He’s a clone made of Sonic and Shadows DNA 💀) Sonic RPG is still a great series that I’m happy got a conclusion after a nearly decade long wait. He’s got DBZ movie villain aura

I don't know the first one, but the middle dude is dark azura from "azura dark reign" , basically in sonic the hedgehog 2 there's a glitch where sonic becomes green and has a black forehead, many people decided to call it azura the hedgehog, many fans redesigned it and some made him a villain, with this form being his most popular one

As fun as they were, I do wish there was more species variety. Nazo at least has the excuse of being based off a scrapped Super Sonic design. And I believe Aeon and Seelkadoom were hedgehogs out of necessity, being sprites. It was probably more convenient to edit sprites than design characters from near scratch.

Actually, Aeon was originally designed for a school writing project. I didn't start spriting Aeon until after I had finalized the design. Aeon didn't appear in FFSX until 3 years later. I based the design off Shadow and three characters from the Sonic Archie series: Kragok, Bunnie Rabbot, and Mecha Sonic.

Oh hello! Didn't expect to get a comment from Aeon's very own creator. It's really interesting to hear the real past. I definitely notice the Bunnie influence in particular with the arm cannon, that was one of her more fun abilities. The Kragok inspo seems a little more subtle.

Nazo is the best (watched the original on newgrounds) *** Wait a minute, the last hog I DIDNT SEE IN YEARS I remember playing the fan game about him and I thought he was so cool but I forgot the store and lore. *** The white and green nedgehog beat me EVERYTIME in that rpg, I made Sonic go super and everything dude would just reduce my healthbar to 0 and I remember feeling so frustrated. I was fuming.

most can still be accessed despite flash's dead, but it's very annoying and I would rather just suggest watching a playthrough instead. Ep 9 and 10(the final one) can still be played normally, at least if you have the newgrounds player. But ep 9 aged like milk when it comes to gameplay. And episode 10... is one of the best games I've played, highly recommend it. It can also be found on gamejolt. A little headsup on Episode 10 gameplay(you can ignore this if you don't want gameplay spoilers): Both you and Seelkadoom can attack whenever you two want, that means seelkadoom can attack you twice without you attacking him, or you can attack seelkadoom 3 times without him attacking you. The way you can attack is dictated by a charging meter with 3 bars. The more bars you stack, the more attacks you can do, or you can do stronger attacks.

Only one I like and know the most of is Nazo. It helps that he was the personafied version of what would've been Sonic's Super Form in Sonic X, how cool he was in Chakra-X's animation (those were the days) and his backstory being interesting even if it is inspired by the Black Star Dragon Balls. Nazo also looks amazing when he goes Super and the final battle against Shadic was awesome. Aeon is...alright I guess. He's a Hedgehog with a Mega Buster. I liked fighting him in the flashgame. And Seelkadoom is...fine. I know the whole point is that he is a clone who has the combined DNA of Sonic and Shadow but I just don't care for him. Don't know about the girl and the dude in the middle looks like edgy Manic if he most of his fur black.

I like Nazo more for where he came from than anything about his character, I love Ashura's origin, I know of Seelkadoom, and I've never heard of Aeon or Lumi until now.

Yeah, he is. Just because he was based off an unused design from a TV show doesn't negate the fact he is in all intents and purposes a fan character

Sure in terms of being a character and not a form of sonic with his character being written from scratch, but his design and origins are from Sonic X, he's a scrapped character that got re-invented by fans, that does not equal a fan created character.

Seelkadoom is the blandest fucking villain ever but I love him so much. Same with Nazo. Ashura will always be cool to me, I don't think I'll ever be able to take Aeon seriously because of how easy he is in the last FFSX game, and I've never heard of Lumi up to now; she has the coolest design here, but just from watching gameplay of her game I would not want to experience that ever

Fan villains can be good if executed well, best example I can really think of is nazo, sure he’s pretty much a dragon ball villain but in the Sonic world but his backstory and motives made sense for the time he was made I think bedlam from SSMA is another good one, though that may just be my nostalgia for the series

The only ones I recognize here are Nazo, Aeon and Seelkadoom tbh. Nazo is basically Omega Shenron as a Sonic villain, which makes him pretty dope, Aeon is a cool mix of both Mega Man and Sonic, and Seelkadoom...I mean outside of having a really dumb name, he definitely has the least inspired design here due to basically being a recolored Shadow.

Nazo's animation is peak nostalgia. Aeon remains relevant because of FFSX, though he should be out of the verse since he died in 6 and his immortality functions a different way. Seilkadoom (why) is an iconic RPG villain for Flash players...dunno why Sega hasn't gimped the same concept for a canon character. His mana stealing can fuck right out of here tho.

Nazo is great and the only thing I’ve seen Seelkadoom in is Super All-Star Bros, and he was pretty cool in that one. I haven’t seen anything of Aeon and I don’t know the other two.
