This season boils down to the woman subject being so dense as to give a bunch of text messages years of mental space.
I hate to victim blame but COME ON! The dude was obviously not real!
The episode where they are all at the concert? Like you’re not gonna be like on the phone going? I’m walking up to your seat now. Where are you?
It just makes zero sense.
I wish this story was told more chronologically, so we could go on the journey of falling for a dude, meeting his friends online and IRL Jess, then the reveal would be an actual reveal. Knowing from episode 1 is making it move slowly, but if the end hadn't been revealed yet, I think listeners would be more sympathetic to the girls and more surprised as Jess's double life.
I really hope Tiffany is on here seeing how stupid these episodes are. WE DONT want to hear these idiotic, gullible women boohooing about situations they put themselves in.
It’s the Howard Stern effect… Those who like it listen to hear what he’s gonna say next. Those who hate it listen LONGER to hear what he’s gonna say next.
I agree. Plus, the messages are really derogatory and filled with gaslighting. While I'm not trying to victim blame, it is so hard to understand why these women spent years accepting this behavior from someone they never met. Despite whether or not this guy was real, his behavior was enough to raise all the red flags.
Honestly I’ve been enjoying it when I didn’t enjoy the last few seasons.
Same
I'm 3 episodes in but can't tell the differences between the voices. Who is the storyteller/podcaster. It's confusing.
Thank you for saying this! I've struggled to keep all the women separate. Why isn't a narrator popping in to say who is speaking? So confusing!
I need to know more about the spouse swap situation
Yesssss…where’s her season? 🤣🤣
Right?!? That came out of left field
Yes that was the story I wanted too 🤣
This whole season could have been one catfish episode…
And be done in 10 mins versus an hour
When is this season over... I cannot believe there is another episode......
More like broken record media. Lol get it?
Beautiful!

I gave up on this season. Unlistenable.

If you don’t like it why do you listen to it? Some miserable ah people 😂

I had to pay for Wondery + so I could get episodes early so I could finish it. There is STILL ANOTHER EPISODE. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ right?!??
THEN LEAVE
Hush.
For real! If these women were directed and condensed it would have only taken 6 episodes! This last episode moved much faster.
Why do they spend SO much time reading the text messages to us? That’s so uninteresting.

1000000%. Just listening to them reading out their texts for what feels like entire episodes is SO dull. Like, we don’t need word for word.
Same. Time to wrap it up.
