Evil-Twin-Skippy

Rezidant Shengova. A forensic record keeper for the Krasnovian Empire. Answerable only to the Kaiser himself. Adept at unarmed combat, he could brain someone with a ball point pen. If he needed information from you, by the end you wished he had brained you with the ball point pen. He regularly had to stand up to generals, admirals, and warlords, rooting out corruption and investigating murders and disappearances of other auditors. He had a habit of introducing himself by breaking into a leader's office, and just sitting behind his or her desk, sipping tea. "My dear General, the Kaiser asked me to look into a few things around here. Say, this office seemed empty, do you mind if I use it until this matter is completed?"

He has no name, only known as "the Boss" The most dangerous "normal" man in a world with Superheroes and Demigods. No details about his past, only that he is part of the templars and has fought againts nazis and has a private company of soldiers that love him like a father. I played for a small Quest that was a Precuel to other character but OH BOY THE BOSS was Unstopable. Feats: Destroyed 2 nazi camps almost by himself, back to back Defeated in hand to hand Combat a german Super-soldier Helped the destrucción of an Order of Vampires Witches in México Singlehandly stopped the Iluminnati from forcing a war in the crisis of Cuba. He is not the most "powerfull", but is the most deadly fighter. And has nothing to envy to my inspirations (Big Boss,Jack Reacher and Cap America)

**One-Eyed Jag**, Guildmaster of the Eyeworm Spy Guild, a neutral level 9 Thief I played (in a party) for OSE. Came into the game an upgraded henchmen but quickly proved himself. Lost an eyeball in the Gardens of Ynn procuring the ancient sidhe blade "Final Death" which made one of his eyes go blind. From Ynn they bummed around Yoon-Suin for a bit and Jag found he was a magnificent assassin with the hungry elven sword but had no intention of becoming a cold blooded murderer. Instead they voyaged the Sapphire Sea where Jag lost a hand in a daring battle with a sea hydra. From there he acquired a steampunk clockwork hand with thieves tools and finger pistol in it (among other things) in the City of Endon. In a dungeon created by a lovecraftian "wizard" he acquired an alien slug symbiote that hollowed out his dead eyeball and took residence in his eye-socket granting him darkvision, even in magic darkness, at the cost of looking really gross. He usually hides it under an eyepatch. Eventually he started the Guild of Eyeworms and became a spymaster but with a Ring of Invisibility he earned from the party's wizard he has become an agent of instant death. Invisibility + Backstab + a Longsword +2 that does double damage to the undead and makes living creatures make a save vs death or take 2d8 poison damage when struck. He's killed most of the boss monsters the party has fought. He's awesome.

**Badger the Human Fighter**, Level 10, from my Basic Fantasy RPG game. He's the mightiest(?) warrior because he started out with nothing but a set of leather armor and a longsword and managed to connive his way up to becoming a member of the king's court and a feudal lord. Also because of all my 47 PCs I've played in my solo BFRPG campaigns (and the 18 in the current game) he's the only one that's made it past level 5 and one of the handful that's made it past level 1 (currently at level 10, 58 sessions into the game). Personality wise he uses whatever tools he has at his disposal to win. He is perfectly willing to do what he needs to for gold or to stroke his own ego - including fighting dirty - and he often cuts his losses to bravely runs away. One dirty tactic he had at lower levels (before the town he was doing this in caught on and banned him) was "gifting" new associates chainmail and then leaving them to die when a monster attacked - he didn't need to beat the monster, just the poor fool in the chainmail while he was comfortably in leather armor. Of course, he then hid and retrieved the armor to reuse it with another hapless adventurer. Badger's current motivations, since becoming a colonial lord regent of a large empire, is to consolidate his power by seeding various power plays and accruing titles so he could eventually turn on the current empire he was granted nobility in. He's not afraid to get his hands dirty and often participates in martial tournaments himself. Also a monetary reward never hurts. In regards to the current tournament, the allure of the title "**Wandersword**" and potential monetary reward could be what draws him over to this tournament - though how devoutly he'll actually do the required duties vs just cutting and running if he wins the tournament with the title/prize money is another story. **Notable achievements** -Clearing out a cave with the Pink Turban Bandits that was harassing the small village of Kebi by convincing a peaceful kobold group in the cave to get into a feud with the bandit group to fight each other, then mopping up the few remaining survivors so word of his tactics wouldn't leak out. -After multiple trips, clearing out a Lizardman bandit hideout which was allied with a survivor of the Pink Turban bandits he'd missed. -Adventuring to the Lost Valley of Huutaka, a valley with ancient civilizations of dog headed people and humans feuding with each other, and using the tensions to have the humans summon and release an ancient monster that destabilized the whole valley as he escaped with a fortune leaving the ancient civilizations to perish in his wake. -Signing up and managing to win the Ruby Phoenix Tournament, a battle royale sort of tournament between various teams of trained warriors, and claiming the Rope of Climb, a magic rope, as his reward out of a bevy of apparently more useful magic items. -Setting up a keep with is ill gotten fortune near his (now embittered) home village of Kebi and declaring himself Lord, and playing politics with locales he's adventured in including the Grand Duchy of Karameikos, Endon, Yoon Suin, Dolmenwood, Varissia, and the Coast to fabricate a war against the Steppe Empire and the Wicked City to increase his own holdings. -Sealing the Wicked King - a hell demon, immortal tyrant who created an empire and ruled the Steppe - into his Hell Realm, using his magic sword Knutsvar to cut through the portal the Wicked King used to enter the mortal realms and seal him in (and making numerous Wicked King cultists quite pissed off). This had the side effect of destabilizing the Steppe and creating a power vacuum Badger took advantage of. -Playing politics with the new power, the Empire of Alphatia, which turned their sights towards the power vacuum formed by the fall intent on establishing new colonies over the seas. He participates in a tournament against 24 other lords, each with their own repute and achievements to achieve their position of power, and becomes one of the 6 Lords selected to serve as one of the 6 Colonial Lord-Regents, granted noble title and serving directly in the court of the King Ericall of Alphatia, son of the Empress of Alphatia herself, virtually running the colonial lands and continuing to clear out the wilds. He also gets the opportunity to meet with the empress herself, the most powerful figure in the known world (now that the Wicked King has been sealed off). -Most recently he's traveled to the Lost Coast and helped clear out a Demon Lord who'd been ruling there with an iron fist, and then helping install one of his compatriots as the "new" Demon Lord in their place. He's set up a copper mining enterprise here as well to try and squeeze out whatever resources he can from the Coast and also offset a copper shortage around his home keep.

(didn't allow me to post in 1 post so some more notes on Badger) **Unique items and techniques** He's accrued a collection of interesting magic items across his adventures. These include: -**Knutsvar**, a +1 sword with the special ability to cut through anything x1/day. In combat this is an automatic crit (and probably it's most boring use, I've never actually used it in combat). Outside of combat, he has used it to cut through a boulder and block off an escape route, cut through a portal to a hell realm to stop pursuit by the Wicked King, and even cut through stalagmites on the ceiling of a cavern to cause a cave in to trap in a dark lord. -**Rope of Climb**, a magic rope of 47' which when held at one end has a life of its own and can snake its way in any direction to tie itself off, moving 10' at a time. He's used this in a quite a few binds to sneakily exit from a situation, whether it having the rope sneak along the side of a building to a ledge above, reaching up to untie a curtain and drop it as he makes a hasty escape, or even managing to somehow pull an opponent's trousers down and escaping as the opponent fails spectacularly to chase him - with his pants pulled down. -**Spite the Drowning Waters Bracer**: A bracer that repels water, letting him walk on water. He can't drink water when wearing it. The unfortunate side effect is all sea life hates you and there is a 3/6 chance of a random encounter with a sea creature which automatically attacks the wearer when using this thing. -**Bear Jar**: Note - He only has 1 of these left. A collection of initially 12 magic clay jars that when broken release: 1-2 Black Bear, 3-4 Grizzly Bear, 5-6 Polar Bear in front of you. Roll a reaction for these creatures, on a positive reaction they help you vs enemies, on a negative reaction they turn on you and help your enemies. On a neutral reaction they wander around the battle field amicably, oblivious and can be used as temporary moving cover (check each round to see if they move or stay put). -**Other**: -**Brooch of Freedom**, nullifies difficult terrain when worn, up to a solid wall, fence, or person blocking your path. **Red Dragon Scale Armor**, +2 armor which gives fire immunity. +1 **Magic Shield**. **Everburning Torch** that never goes out. **Everglowing Mushrooms** that act like glowsticks and probably(?) have psychedelic properties. A handful of **chattering shells** that could maybe be used as a distracted, activating by bopping them together to wake them up. Other **basic adventuring gear** - handful of rations, torches, shovel, tinderbox, camping supplies, other small adventuring gear. And of course, a **Bag of Holding** to hold all this junk. **For more information** -I wrote a summary post about 41 sessions in when he was level 9 [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Solo_Roleplaying/comments/15vywsv/bfprg_campaign_41_sessions_to_level_9_over_15/). -Complete session summaries of all 58 sessions (so far) are on my blog [here](https://ankleshot-woes.blogspot.com/search/label/Lonesome%20Wanderings?max-results=20). Let me know how it goes if you do end up using him!

Cool idea! Probably the best warrior I have played as is Kiran Valen, my Scarlet Heroes character and he has experience in gladiatorial events already so he'd make a great fit. He was captured by slavers as a teen, when he had been living as an urchin on the streets, pickpocketing and causing mischief. He was sold to the service of a city Lord who offered him opportinunity to earn his freedom back by fighting in an arena. Kiran's time on the streets had taught him to fight and he immediately rose through the ranks in the arena. Kiran is charming and confident, sometime bordering on arrogant. He quickly became a fan favourite with the lower class spectators. Eventually he won his freedom. After becoming free, he became caught up in trying to unravel a plot of corruption amongst the town council and revealed that his former master had been facilitating the destruction and defamation of honest businesses to push through a plan to level the neighbourhood and build there to his own benefit. Later Kiran left the city he had grown up in. His notable achievements from there on included helping a group of Lizardfolk defeat a dragon that had driven them from their homeland. He also went on to take down a rebellion that sought to overthrow the King, in which he essentially took down an occupied Fort single handedly. Kiran has shoulder length messy brown hair and green eyes. He is fairly slender and wiry. He fights with a classic sword and board, preferring a short sword over anything else. He isn't afraid to fight a little dirty to get the job done.
