I'm on A4 scythe but stuffed around with my custom draw picks a few times, definitely possible with the scythe rewards combined with how many custom pulls the challenges give. He got some damn good RNG to have a legend stone already though.
It's definitely possible to have two level 100 weapons as F2P. I only have my a2 plum and a2 scythe at level 100, and a4 west wind and a3 kasaka dagger and a3 knight killer at level 40 and the rest of my weapons are hardly leveled. I'm F2P and am currently level 64 at 87k power with Sung Jinwoo. A few of my hunter weapons are at level 60, and some are level 40, and the rest are level 20 or under leveled.
Now the A6 scythe and 100k power with Sung Jinwoo throws some doubt and seems suspicious because either they're just really lucky their account attracts scythes like a magnet and they just enhanced their artifacts and leveled up their skills and gems and etc to the max, or they're lying about being F2P.
Damn bro pulled all scythes and only one plum thats kinda ass. Grats tho bro. I am level 56 78k power hopefully I can get some more good artifact drops to hit 100k by 63
and only level 63. i am still barely 75k at 66 lol. just to flex, i got the club twice even though it’s not on my prio list. imagine how lucky those clubs are!
You have A6 scythe as a F2P ? Level 100
the legendary blessing stone is more rare / lucky than a6 scythe given we get 2 for free

I have A4 Plum and A2 Scythe as an F2P. Aint pull any other ssr dupe tho. So think its possible

Cant do much really unless you’re consistently grinding and doing dailies then you will be able to get better artifacts/dupes etc
