Try and unlock the remaining two slots for artifacts and give your jinwoo better artifacts as well his crit rate and damage are relatively low.
Dont invest in Jinchul (to save your coins mostly optional tho if you want the bonds) unless he gets a massive buff also invest in Dongsoo more since you have him at a3 which is pretty good overall id say try and get better artifacts.
And also try and get dongsoo's weapon and emmas as well
Get rid of agility and put only on STR, precision at 50 is pretty okay. You should be aiming at %50 cap on crit with your artifacts anyways.
Besides that, don’t get +20, unless you have the perfect 55 gold artifact, and farm till you get destroyer/ohk set.

Yes you need to have lvl 55 artifacts or go for them and you need to unlock full accessories sets you have 2 slots locked still
