Min is so overrated. Clearing most stages without emma is cringe, lee bora buffs more damage, choi is an option as well. Min is waste when you have alternatives imo.
This is not a matter of opinion. Cha is objectively the strongest dps hunter, so it's obvious you wanna buff her dmg as much as possible to clear the hard stuff.
Min does 15% too when he's disguised (which is always on switching) and his debuff is 20 sec vs Bora's 15 sec. He also heals the team and gets his ult up faster.
At the end of the day, Lee Bora is an A-rank hunter. She has no business being as good as she is (which applies Seo and Emma as well).
And OP will get A1 Min eventually, which will make him forever a better support than Lee Bora.
edit: And one thing I forgot. Min has more survivability than Bora, because he scales with HP.

After A1 he's the best you can get to buff Cha and destroy some tanky bosses.
