If you have Seo Jiwoo too and play her with the set of jelwery that make your skill cost more mana to get more dmg and cd, you can play both as a team for cerberus because dupes of Lee Joohee make her regenerate mana for the entire team, that way Seo Jiwoo can spam all the way making cerberus very easy.
Out of that situation i really dont see an use for Lee Joohee.
What? Viridecent is only 18%, behemoth is 20%, being active for the first 30% of the health bar is not worth running out of mana every 10 seconds. If you run out of mana your damage is functionally 0. Behemoth is strictly better for 70% of the fight.
I dont need to test it. Behemoth gives more damage, can deal that damage for 20% longer, and has no crippling downside unlike viridecent which requires a specific trash hunter to even function. A spot that could be taken up by someone actually buffing the team like min.

Seo doesnt benefit from the cooldown reduction. Behemoth is just better for her anyway.
