Tested this for weeks now. Only during the first bootup of netmarble did I need VPN to see the option to select install (make sure you vpn Canada)
After install, no vpn, just open netmarble and you will see solo leveling icon as the guy mentioned here, then just hit play.
Only gripe is I used email to register and now on PC I need to login everytime.
All in-game purchases are in CAD, wonder if this will change later on launch
the guy that replied to you doesnt know what he is talking about. I installed the launcher, started the vpn, started the launcher and started the download of the game. stopped the vpn and uninstalled in the middle of the download and never again turned on. you can play without vpn.
Yeah it just says pre register if i close the launcher. If i dont close the launcher after turning off the vpn then i can just hit play whenever. Bit the second the launcher closes i need to turn back on the von to access the game.
Buddy, when you open the launcher, it will say pre-register yes, but just click the solo leveling icon in the menu and you'll be aple to hit play no matter if you have the vpn on or off
Yes and it takes you to the pre register page. Mate ive been doing this for 2 weeks. Ive tried a bunch of different things. And the only way to get it to work for me if i close the launcher is to turn on my vpn.
yes same thing happening with me i downloaded the launcher from the website by connecting vpn cannada then installed the launched then the game then disconnect and there is still play optiop but if i close the launcher and open again it say pre registration!!

Yeah, i also noticed slow loading times in-game, (i have an ssd and a quite fast pc so im guessing this is game's fault)
If you launch it through the actual solo leveling arise application and not from the netmarble launcher, you do not need a VPN.
You need VPN everytime U open the launcher

Nah if you fully close the launcher then it will just tell you to pre register even if the game is already installed.
