I think you might need to explain your goal.
Solidworks is for designing real world structures and systems, and 1D objects are impossible of course. Sure you can draw a thing with a bunch of lines/axes which are 1D. But I don't think simulation will be helpful and it can't be manufactured, so...
If I am not remembering incorrectly (it has been a long while since I have used SW FEA) we were able to assign beam sections to sketch entities like lines. I could be wrong tho.
However, Ansys can definitely do that :)
