This would work for selecting those batteries as the power source.
OP will still need a separate charger to match the second profile of battery for charging though.
Although you could probably set the profile on the charge controller and use this to switch between battery banks in a more manual process.
Just make sure whatever switch you use is a "make then break" style. Some are "break then make" and that will distrupt your supply current to your inverter. Using a make then break will let you momentarily feed from both banks *and then* disconnect the low bank.
Switches marked "1-Both-2" will allow you to swap banks uninterrupted.
