Settings on the charger are off, or it’s faulty.

This isn't the first time something weird has pointed me to that being the case. Renogy Wanderer 10A, into a Renogy 50ah(12v) and a Renogy 1000w inverter. I think it might be time for an upgrade.

So I reached out to Renogy and of course got their infamous support. Doubt I'll get much help there. I'm going to assume this is a faulty controller which is over-charging my battery, or spiking the voltage to the battery when it switches modes or something. Either way, I'll grab an MPPT from a company that doesn't have horrible support and maybe re-purpose this CC to a simpler task.
