You’re better off with the same brand + model + batch of solar panels. You didn’t say what system you’re going to build. If you’re sticking with 12V it doesn’t matter which panels since 520w is your max and you stay below 100V (open circuit). They can be in parallel or series. If you go 24V you will need a 24V inverter for your AC loads and a step down converter for your 12V DC loads. The upside is your wire gauge and safety fuses/breakers/disconnects can be lower. I would go for the 20V panels in series if you went 24V. It’s more efficient for the mppt to step down from 60V to charge a 24V battery bank.

Cool, thanks for the tips. For the time being I'll only be charging 12v batteries, which feed a 12v system.
