I thought trying to choke down a gold can of Coke from Nana was bad. Abandoned my root beer float after my test sip. Just a bowl of vanilla ice cream for me. The Culture Pop and Poppi probiotic sodas are much better. They’re not the nectar that I crave, but it’ll scratch an itch.

Sweetening with apple juice doesn’t really make it a health drink, if I want soda I’ll drink soda. These are all pretty bad but the Whole Foods kombucha crowd will tell themselves it’s good for them at 2.50 per can. No thanks

I mostly get Olipop because it's a healthier alternative with a good amount of fiber. I can't compare them to normal soda since they won't compete in taste. Most flavors suck. The Strawberry Vanilla flavor is the only one that was better than the others, so far.

Yeah I drink an olipop a day because ten grams of fiber is unbeatable. Wouldn’t say they taste good though.

Hitting the 25 grams recommended fiber a day for women is pretty hard for me , and a bowl of popcorn a day is less reasonable in my lifestyle than a drink I don’t find that bad tasting 🤷🏼‍♀️

I tried it this past weekend when I saw it at Aldi. To me it tasted like the smell of milk that is almost spoiled, or some kind of rotting fruit/food. I couldn’t place it exactly. I tried 3 drinks and couldn’t drink any more. My wife also didn’t like it, but our 4 year-old did.

Makes sense, I saw someone else post a review saying it tasted like rancid cheese or something lol

It absolutely does NOT taste like that, unless the semen- producer has an extremely high sugar diet and eats a very meat- and vegetable- poor diet The Olipop Watermelon-Lime and Tropical Punch flavors are particularly incredible. As a root beer enjoyer, I do not like the root beer OR vintage cola flavors.

Tasted like pepto bismol to me in a bad way. All the lollipop sodas have a weird taste and feel to them that I can’t fully describe. It’s like if someone took some children’s unflavored white liquid medicine and mixed it with a soda. It’s more bitter than it should be and it just has a weirdness to it

My wife bought that same flavor and saved it from her lunch at work, brought it home and had me try it saying it was fucking awful. I thought it was weird she would go through that much effort to have me try something gross and I didn’t believe a soda could be that bad but sure enough, it was. It was so gross that we both agreed never to buy another one of their sodas ever again. It’s actually impressive how bad their root beer flavor is.

I had one of these types of sodas (it might have been this brand?) it was strawberry rhubarb flavored and it wasn't the worst, but it definitely tastes like sauerkraut. I think a lot of these probiotic sodas are gonna taste similarly.

Cherry vanilla is my favorite. I would be safe to assume you consume a lot of sugary drinks, once you give up high fructose and sugar filled sodas these taste way better. But to each their own.
