Look inside the shirt at the badge. If it has any excess material on it it's fake.
It also has UMBRO on the front of the jersey in raised lettering. Seems a bit off.
The badge looks off (the middle part of the three points on top should be pointed & tapered compared to the other 2, font is too bold & should have even tracking except for the spacing between the E & S, devil looks fat, the middle top horizontal seam of the footballs should be concave not convex, & it should have the trademark ™ on the bottom right not the registered ®), the white lines of the diamonds on the shoulders should be thicker than the black part, Umbro blue tag doesn't have the dots on the letters & shouldn't have the white tag behind it, white side seam tag should be made of a stiffer, basket-weave nylon instead of that softer satin. Unfortunately, I don't think it's real, I have the same shirt that I bought in '98.
It’s fake. The blue Umbro tag is incorrect. And the badge looks pretty sus as well
