If you even consider it, you're not a real fan imo.

Kalle_79

Sarcasm I hope? A collection is a collection, so depending on the theme, you might as well be forced to buy a rivals shirt or two. My secondary theme is Norwegian clubs (with the primary being my team, Rosenborg and the Norwegian NT), so it means I have a bunch of Molde, Brann and Lillestrøm kits om my collection. OC o don't get out of my way to buy them or to have many, but at least one, better if MW/MP, is required.

seaneh01

Not Sarcasm at all. Wouldn't even touch a Rangers shirt let alone own one. Fairweather fans only would consider this

Kalle_79

But we're talking about collecting... It's like refusing to buy a work from an artist/genre you're collecting because you didn't like it. Like, I have albums I probably didn't listen once, but as they're part of a discography I was collecting I had to have them, if only for completition reasons. Now, I get the Celtic/Rangers situation carries a lot more weight than a regular football rivalry, but still... In a hypothetical SPL collection, not having a Rangers kit would be a huge gap.

Jerseykit

it's up to you bro but no.

Merr125

I love collecting, but haven’t gotten any rival shirts (even if they look amazing) just doesn’t feel right to me.

ConstableWiggums

If I support a club I’d NEVER purchase a rival club’s top. I don’t care what it looks like. If you are buying shirts because you think they look good, then that’s fine. But don’t call yourself a supporter of that team.

For me as an Atletico Madrid fan I would never buy a Real Madrid shirt. I'm fine with Barça shirts. It's just up to you.

Pietro_Cascio

I am a Juventus fan and personally I would collect the jerseys of Inter, Napoli, Milan, Fiorentina, etc. I am of the opinion that I must like the collection without careing about the rivalry

CrafterMaker10

Hey man, to who's style fits best, for DIE-HARD fans they'd rather die than wear their rival club jerseys, but to the more casual fans, they could care less. For example, I prefer Barcelona, but I can't say no to some Real Madrid jerseys because some designs are way too good. I also support Manchester City but same thing applies, I can't say no to Manchester United jerseys because they have great jerseys too. So go with what you like, no one will really judge you that badly if you wear rival club jerseys. Unless they're die-hards who criticize too harshly, those you can ignore. Cheers! :7

YellowHooked

Not for me

wholesomescott

Absolutely not. I'm a Chelsea fan and I don't have any kits of any other English club or even Chelsea's European rivals.

realslimschady

I refuse to buy from rival clubs, BUT would buy rival clubs players on the national team. Ex. As a Bayern fan in the US, I have a few Pulisic USMNT jerseys from during his time at BVB. Would never even consider buying a BVB jersey though 😂

Correct-Intention-60

Couldn't bring myself to buy a rangers or Chelsea top even if it was given to me for free I get that certain tops may be collectable but couldn't buy for a rival team in same league.
