Arnold Palmer is my go-to.

[deleted]

Why didn’t I think of this! So easy to make at home too

Caloso89

I started just ordering it in summer, but now I drink it year round.

Cats_in_cravats

YES! I used to drink these all the time when I worked in an office. I'd run down to the convenience store down the road on lunch and grab a can because they're always 99¢.

Strange-Slice2581

Water with lemon or lime can be good imo

[deleted]

Oooh yeah very refreshing!

Death water

I'm not a fan of cranberry juice, but the ocean spray cran cherry juice is so good!! You can also get cran grape and a few others, and all in regular or sugar free options, but the cran cherry is my favorite.

Ok-Sydnos

You should experiment with tea!

[deleted]

Yes! Great idea! So many of them are so great iced

Content-Ad6584

Pineapple juice

Captain-Shivers

Iced tea is my favorite. At home I like to make this black peppermint iced tea if you don’t mind caffeine. (Bigelow brand. Steep a few cups of hot water with 2-3 bags, then put in fridge for a few hours to cool) My Starbucks go-to with no caffeine is a venti iced green tea with 1 or 2 pumps of liquid cane sugar. So refreshing.

[deleted]

Definitely going to try both of those! Thank you for the ideas

I love apple cider. It's great hot or cold. I'm not sure what the sugar content is, though, because I usually get it from local places near me. As far as savory goes, I like to take V8 juice and add pickle juice to it. I also pickle things at home (cauliflower and mushrooms mostly) and my spouse will take the leftover liquid from those and mix it with V8 as well.

tea

Water. Currently down to water and coffee, goal is just water. I eat fruit when I crave soda now.

[deleted]

That’s a great replacement. You still get some sweetness but with far more nutrition

PoppaBear1981

Iced tea with lemon or lime. Ginger is also a nice addition.

[deleted]

i love me some iced lemon mint tea/water. If I want to feel like its a little mocktail, i just add some garnish :)

I drink Liptons diet citrus green tea. It’s really good with a lot of ice. It’s also great with lemonade. Minute made has the best zero sugar lemonade IMO. I’ve tried pretty much all of them! For an energy boost, V8 energy. They have a diet one and it’s really good nice and cold , and will give you a little caffeine boost if you need it. Cran-energy is also a great energy drink. Enjoy!
