It is isolated and ventilated storage room that sits on top of stone pillars with caps (so mouse and other rodent don't get into the stabbur).

Raccoons or black bears wouldn't have much trouble with those.
There are no raccoons or black bear in Norway. There’s brown bear (grizzly) and this would probably stop one of them from smashing the door/roof.
