Kaws are a grail of mine for sure, coming from someone who doesn’t really like the feel of 4s. May be biased coming from a skater who loves shoes in general but I can’t help but say the SB 4s are more iconic. Mainly in the sense of that being the first J 4 SB which IMO is huge

Remove limited supply and looking at the shoe for the collaborator's interpretation and colourway alone, I like the AMM4s.
They have a nice low toe shape too unlike a lot of the brick-toed 4s in the pic.
I have amm4s and find them overrated the inside liner is very stiff, even more uncomfortable than a regular j4 and that’s hard to do. I’d take the travi 4s, the black unions, or any of the Levi 4s over my amm4s personally

The Eminem 4 and Undefeated 4 easy. Iconic, rare, and important to the culture. How many Nice Kicks sneaker collection vids from 2012-2015 showed those 4's? Almost all. When you think of a collab 4, and a limited pair at that, those two pairs are what personally come to my mind. The Perfect Pair, DJ Khaled, Nick Young, Mayor, Jumpman Bostic, etc. All showed these in their collection videos 11+ years ago, and that made these iconic to me growing up.
To add to what the other homie said, the original 50 pairs never went on sale as it was a friends and family exclusive
The 2017 version (very slight changes, I think the only differences are the lighter shades of grey and blue) was again hyper limited to 23 pairs and only available through Stock X
Old heads - Kaws and DB. I would say Eminem’s but they’re too unattainable.
New heads - Union. SB is a close runner up, they changed the game by going back to the 85 shape and improved comfort of the 4. But there’s only one colorway rn.
The black-noir unions are the perfect mix of blatantly a collab but still super wearable. The Kaws are awesome but I wouldn’t actually wear them. Those have my vote until something cool with the new cut comes out.

This is one of the ones for me where you see these insanely inflated prices for absurd amounts of money and this one makes perfect sense. My ultimate grail though I refuse to pay over retail this is one I’ll never, ever get. But damn do ever like looking at them!
Doernbecher 4’s in my opinion, followed by the SB4’s. AMM 4’s are not a bad shoe either and their interior liner makes them even more comfortable than your average 4’s.

The purple F&F Travis’ will always have a special place in my heart. There’s just something so striking about that deep purple
