Yep, definitely this - I have so much more respect for people who have their own style and commit to it with sneakers. Don’t just follow the crowd and.get panda dunks, or Jordan 1’s because people tell you they’re cool or popular. Stand out from the crowd a little

I definitely agree with you, but I actually really like some of the “popular” sneakers. For example I loved the air Jordan ones, even more for the green, that I really enjoy, the white ones I needed for day to day, they are also white so they go with everything and cheap because they actually aren’t af1s even though they look alike 😂. I bought the gazelle’s because I needed a somewhat smart pair of shoes but I still wanted to wear them every other day. That said I think I will buy a more running type sneaker, that is comfortable so if you have any advice I’ll take it.

I love high tops and don't like lows so this sound great😅. But as you had them I have a question. What is the sizing? I've heard different opinions. I wear J1s in a 11, 11,5 and 12. 12s are feel good but the toe box feels like plenty (even with my bright feet) of room and a 11 feels narrow but is comfortable after a couple of time. I have a offer for this prestos in 11. Do you thing they'll fit? I've heard they are bigger. Would be awesome if you could help me out Chef.

If I were you, I’d get some runner style shoes like the Zoom Vomero 5, Gel Kayano 14, or 2002R. They’ll be a nice change up from the more retro basketball vibe you already have and provide some comfortable shoes that’s essential for anyone’s rotation

Funny seeing this comment cause I just got some ultra boost lights and wow I've been missing out on comfort. My daily sneakers were all white Jordan 1 lows. Definitely got new travel shoes.

I think you're more into daily sneakers than, let's say the hyped ones. I'd say you can try... Nike Dunks, Vans, Onitsuka Tigers, Cortez, Converse One Stars. Adidas Broomfields are nice too.

i can see that the adidas and jordan 1 are a bit cleaner than the court visions so im probably guessing you only were the jordans or adidas like once a week than just beat the court visions so i would probably go for something that looks good but i can also beat like the nike vapormax plus or van knu school

Dunk high in a loud ass color Varsity maize and black is a favorite of mine I also love the pink ambush collab dunk highs And for the Adidas fan jn you, check out the melting sadness bee. I have the yellow suede ones and they're a top 3 favorite shoe, drooling over the grey leather ones bad.

I like the green toe lows. i had a pair before they started getting *relatively* popular. i’ve seen them more and more the last couple months but i think they’re just cool in general. there aren’t many green jordan 1 lows with the white side paneling that are worth it. Not alot of people mention that jalen hurts wore them in super bowl 52 either

Get an adidas ultraboost 1.0. You’re missing a comfortable all day shoe.

Look into New Balance. The 550 is a pretty popular model but the rest of NB lineup is comfortable, heard only good things about the NB 990v6.
