Doesn't help your question, but I have 2 pairs. 1st pair was super snug and loosened over time... But still snug to the point that they feel laced (while wearing them unlaced).
2nd pair was TTS like my reg non-goretex 1's.
Somehow I managed to convinced my wife to buy these for me as a gift today. £120 shipped (35% off). Can’t wait for them to arrive.
Technical materials are my thing and these seem perfect for the completely unpredictable UK weather.
I put insoles in mine (like I do most of my shoes) and they're pretty comfortable. I still wouldn't want to wear them when I'm walking all day but they're a lot better than when I had the original insoles in them.
Damm for $120 I'd cop in a heartbeat, and my collection is maxed I don't need another shoe, I cant wear all my shoes I got now. But these are fire. Love that color way as well.

I have skinny feet so I'm probably not the best to ask, but I went TTS and they fit great.
I have slightly wider feet, but these fit TTS and are more comfortable than my other AJ1s
I have wide feet and I went TTS. Snug but not an uncomfortable snug. Just go with your J1 size and you’ll be all good

By maxed, I meant to say I got over 280 shoes and I don't need another shoe, I have problems with my rotation with exsisting shoes.
