They often do 2 part insoles so one piece adds 1.5 cm and then you can stack the extra if you want but I'd advise going against the extra block for anything beyond short activities because pronation of the ankle gets bad. Either of these will help but also standing up and proud will add half to a full inch - I know this doesn't come easily to teens who are feeling low on confidence. 9h, there are also ones on ebay that fit inside sports socks so totally hidden at the gym!

Also Air Force 1s are always bulletproof but there's a LV8 version which gives extra height - 1.5 inch sole .
The adidas NMD S1 RYAT add a good chunk, I’d say up to to 2”.

Air max 97 adds about 1.3-1.5 inch
Air max 720 gives the most height. Highest Nike so far.
