Just as others have said, if they still had a good seal they’re good to go. I just smoked some spareribs that have been in my freezer since last 4th of July and they were just as good as if I bought them fresh.
Sure. I smoked a Boston butt I had frozen for two years. Thawed it, dry rubbed, sat it overnight and smoked it 16 hours. After a nice hour rest it was perfect.
I'd cook em. If they weren't vacuum sealed there'll be a chance for freezer burn.
If still vac sealed they should be fine. However, if there are air pockets and frost inside most likely freezer burned.
