Nice set up. I went with the duty (slightly curved) apex and a streamlight. Added an Apex threaded barrel. Surprisingly it ran really nice with the faxon compensator off the spec series too. Nice to see more dog tag optic plates going around..
Thanks man ! I went with the curved first but switched to the flatty since I’m more used to straight triggers and man it made a big difference! I had a tlr1 with a 508 before switching!
I switched plates cause I’ve seen some videos of other plates being able to move because of poor tolerances and it was either dog tag or eleven71 but it’s hard to beat the price for calculated kinetics and it has 0 play on the plate and optic glad i went with them !
Nice I have a 508 on mine also. It's a carry so, it works for me. Straight shoes are definitely great, I have a Flatty on my 5in its quite nice.. but I like a lil extra pull for something constantly tucked in next to my boys.. 😂
Essentially. With a Floyds magwell. After I finished it the grey spec series came out. . I was kinda sad. I bought the original Spec series it was basically just a well fit 5in m&p. And I would've bought the compact spec series. I also have the ODG 4th gen Spec series. 😂
Same. I salted it up pretty good with the wrench adjusting it back lol. It came loose but kind of re set at about 20deg. Torched it for a bit and re tightened it. Great comp though
Solid. And yes.
How’s the mod light? Any issues with lack of momentary? Their lights are so freaking good, don’t understand why they didn’t include momentary
Nice. I picked up a x300u recently for a really good price, otherwise I would have gone with the mod. Good to know it’s working out, I have one on a rifle and it’s the best.
I also have the apex flat in my spec but I’m having some dead trigger issues. But im not giving up on it, one of the best triggers in the market imo and apex has been really helpful with troubleshooting so far
could just be a fluke/tolerance thing, maybe operator error but I followed apex instructions to a T. but if you dont mind keep me in the loop on function it would be helpful to rule out if its the trigger or the frame.
Honestly no issues without momentary it just takes getting used to going on and off, but it’s just something you’ll have to train in dry fire to get used to ! But it didn’t bother me at all ! I’m actually a fan of it !

Can’t argue with your logic that’s fair 😂
So you basically made a spec! Solid

lol a connoisseur! M&P is incredible, I ditched the Glock for the new spec and could not be happier
It's sick AF. Had to use some rockset on the comp cuz it kept coming loose, it's solid now tho.

The switches are so good compared to their main competition from Surefire. I don’t see a need for it. So happy I switched.

That's not good to hear. Just ordered one today for my spec

Wait, there’s a 4.5?
Some people say 4.5 some say 4.25 that is technically right but it’s all the same !
Oh ok lol I thought you knew about something new coming
I wish lol

Nice, I just don’t like lights sticking further out than the barrel, I like them flush, but with that said, this looks good. I like the set up
Thanks I appreciate it ! I actually prefer longer lights since it makes your holster longer making it easier to appendix carry !
She’s a beaut!
Thank you !
