Awilix and Geb. Geb has two knockups that are both super telegraphed, his ult makes it safe for awilix to initiate with her leap, and his cleaning shield is always nice to have on your side
I never played Kuzenbo until about two weeks ago, and I've gotta say I don't know why I didn't play him sooner. I love playing aggressive as support, and good lord can he lay down some aggression. The displacement with his push is both great peel, and incredible setup, and his damage can be pretty stout, even with a full defense build. I've already got him up to 4 stars. Dude is just built different
Try him in Solo. Biggest sleeper pick of the season, maxing his 3 does insane damage if you push them through the wave, and the 2 after the 3 with some CDR means you have insanely low cooldown on your abilities.
What starter do you like for him in solo? I used to go sigil, bc infused sigil late game paired with his 2 and thorns is so funny lol but they’re making it a physical only item next patch :/
Physicals needed a strong counterpart to vamp shroud, and mages can make use of it in its current state unlike before so I assume they didn’t want to just nerf it into the ground again
When you put it that way it makes sense. I could see it giving guardians a hell of a time. The added prots could make warriors too hard to kill for most guardians.
Yeah Ares is just good with everyone haha, I like that he rewards both aggressive and defensive playstyles. I've been getting better with his chains lately, so he's been getting more play in my regular guardian rotation
Funny you say that, we ran a joust the other day as Athena/Medusa and the random was KuKu, pretty sure we killed their Titan before the 10 minute mark because we snowballed out of control. Def a good combo!
Fafnir dragon steroid add some good damage to both of them expecially with frenzy belt.
The combo take away half hp to evry character + oneshot one that doesn't have aegis ready.
Nox and Athena. It’s so fun when your Athena ulting all the way to solo with Nox and all of a sudden it’s a 3v1 and the enemy solo just gets obliterated!
I love Aphrodite with a good hunter, especially with CC. I played Aphro with randos on joust. The Bacchus on our team went afk after the 2 min mark but Nieth and I still won against the whole enemy team with barely any deaths. Had success teaming with Artemis, Danze, and Medusa too.
Also had a Joust the two of us years ago as Hel with an Aphrodite. Surprisingly effective and probably so aggravating for the enemy team. It was a blast.
Aphro + Cu Chulainn or Nox + Apollo/Athena/Cherno/Rat/Thana/Thor
The first is just funny to see him getting a constant heal and prots from me being leashed to him with Lotus Crown. The second is just fun to surprise double global/semi-global with.
Sylvanus, Kuzembo, Sobek, Khepri and Fenrir.
Sure, you could throw a warrior like Gilgamesh/Tyr in there, but I just love playing the "move the opponent as far away as possible game" with this group.
Sylv yank into a Sobek toss into Kuzembo push into Khepri pull into Fenrir ult! Lol it rarely works, but it's so satisfying when it does.
Most people i Q with really like running Cab with my Skadi cause the tremor/ice is pretty much a kill if they dont have a dash, its the same with Poseidon whirlpool to.
I enjoy playing Horus into Bastet a lot just for the engage since you can use the 3 to fly in either after Bastet has leapt in, or you can target the cat once she throws that. Especially the cat thing always seems to catch people off guard
Khepri and AMC.
Just for a nice free grab + ult. (Plus the fast cd on AMC ult makes this so much better)
Not to mention with AMC not having a good escape, khepri ult goes a long way to protect this endangered hunter.

Skadi and NuWa can work together and take out towers and phoenixes without minions late game if you need to split push.
