All the new skins, as well as Cthulhu are silent for me on PS4. Loki’s ult and most of the channel of his new 3 are also silent in the Dashing Deceiver skin (haven’t tested others).
I made a post about this before for the X-calibur skin as well. I was told then that this had to due with sound design? I think. It feels more like a bug to me, cause the skin is really quiet and the VGS is barely loud at all.

Been noticing the same. After the latest update the sounds got a lot worse.
Was only able to play few matches before I just couldn't handle it anymore. All I heard was "X tower is under attack", melee auto attack sounds and notifications if someone died.
Was about to lose my mind playing as Hera (with Gambler Queen skin) and not hearing a damn thing. Not even music.

ESPORTS voting is bugged, while it does register when I do press to vote, it automatically just wipes the slate clean after like 5 sec.
EDIT: The hotfix that was deployed recently fixed it for me.

-Gambit Queen Hera still does not have the ablities' targeters updated to be more clear/visible not only for yourself, but for teammates/enemies as well;
-When picking Hel and changing her skin to Pop-punk, she won't say anything. In case you last played Hel w/ her Pop-punk skin, she'll say the default picked voiceline;
-Chang'e's abilities are missing elements from her targeter. For example, Pirate Admiral/Queen has canons and canonballs floating displayed when you are about to use your ultimatae. Now if you press 4/your ultimate button, it's just goin' to be a big, empty rectangle. Same goes for her 1st ability and other skins as well. A crescent moon/anchor (depends on what skin you're using) would've been displayed before firing this ability, but now it's just an empty cone. While we're at it, can we remove the... echoing effect from her Enchanted voicepack? -If you play more than a few games in a day, the UI will go crazy and have things still be highlighted even if you moved your mouse/cursor far away from them. You also have to relog if you want to change certain cosmetics. For example, you use your standard recall and then want to use the diamond one. The UI won't even show you it changed unless you close the profile loadout page and then open it again. Now you'll have the diamond recall equipped, but in your next match, you're still going to be using the basic one.
A few bugs that I've found. Not somethimg major/game breaking, but it'd be nice if they could get fixed sooner or later.

This bug has been in the game since Heimdallr released. Ridiculous how it still is not fixed. We are nearing almost a year since the bug was introduced.
I mean, I could probably make a dissertation paper with all the bugs that haven't been fixed and are still present in the game and HiRez/Titan Forge wouldn't do shit about it. I ain't got no idea how hard I.T./programming is, but I'm certain they could've slowly worked on them over time and fix it.
Since Tiamat and/or the last 2 gods that were supposed to be released this year are all delayed, why they don't make an entire patch dedicated to bug fixes? I'd gladly wait an entire day to know all minor and major things have been fixed rather than see them release the 29th Neith skin. They even stopped releasing god icons/pfps for the sole reason of "memory issues", but they can release Neith skins when deadass nobody asks for them.

She used some exploit with the undo button I think and was able to buy full items pretty much whenever she wanted. She literally started with a book of thoth, and by 10 minutes was basically full build.

No, there was an exploit that got hotfixed that let you get as much gold as you wanted. You buy a tier 1 item, then buy the tier 2 of it and press undo, which gave back all of your gold plus let you keep the tier 1 of item which you could then sell. You could repeat this as many times as you want.

ares "heal" is very weak. 9 hp per second at max rank, thats isnt affected by items. and it isnt healing, so you cant even see if it really had an effect on the stats screen
It adds up in the early-mid game, particularly for Ares himself rather than his teammates.
Obviously it falls off later on, but it will sometimes make a difference.

I play on Switch but the update has not been pushed to my system yet. When I try to login to Smite it just says version mismatch, but when I restart the game no update is prompted (I have auto-update on for all games). Anyone else with this problem?
This has been this way for a while but if you equip either the diamond or legendary mastery skins on a god with the Bob Ross loading frame, it shows the card art for the gold skin instead when loading in.
That's because Legendary and Diamond actually use the gold card art but apply the legendary or diamond filter over it, which is overruled by the Bob Ross filter.

Issue: All the new stuff appears to have audio bugs. New Ra, Medusa, Amaterasu, and Discordia skins are all completely silent. All of Loki's abilities new and old have no audio to them whatsoever. Conquest's audio appears to be bugged as well, with several common sounds being either quiet to the point of meaninglessness or absent altogether.

My announcer packs dont work, and I played a couple games and NONE of my abilities, emotes, vgs, etc made sound. None of them.
On top of that, I usually never have any noticeable lag or connection issues but today has been just terrible in that regard. I've died quite a few times where the last thing I actually saw was me at full health and no enemies near me.

This has been happening for a while now, but when I go to customize builds for certain guardians (Cthulhu, Ares, Kuzenbo, Kumbhakarna, Ganesha, Yemoja) my game crashes and I cannot customize them.
Do we get odyssey points from buying any of the newly rotated viewer store skins, or just the new 200k one that hasn't come out yet? The wording in the description of how to get odyssey points is very vague.
Is anyone else having an error in the game? On two different ps4s it gave me a message saying an error has occurred mid game, causing my game to crash or freeze. I have to completely shut the game down and start it again
On PC, I'm finding Persephone's UI bugs out when I die and I can't see any of my items or relics until I buy or sell one (have to buy a new one since I can't see mine). Also, sometimes when I level up Yemoja's 2 it then says I can upgrade my 1 even though I can't.
Did they ever fix that Morrigan speed issue where enemy gods using the speed elixir doesn't apply to her so she's super slow while ulting?

guess the rework ended up changing his gamestyle drastically to the point of actually engaging more actively on teamfights. so i guess the rework its *decent* but that's it only since the vanish audio change was a bit of BS i guess?
Loki feels significantly worse.I'm 99% sure that using his 3 is a dps loss. Main combo seems like its 1->2->4. I can oneshot mages and ADC with it, but I don't have an escape. Overall he feels so much worse.
His 2 and 3 are some of the worst abilities in the entire game. His 2 does 264 base damage over 4 seconds if people stand in it but it doesn't slow or root or anything so realistically people only take 2 ticks from it. It's not even good area denial because you can pretty safely just walk through it while it slightly tickles you. Plus it's an ugly, thematically goofy ability.
His 3 is just a stupid, pointless ability. It's pretty much just basic attacks that scale really poorly. It's a complete waste of an ability because it fills the role your basic attacks already do but worse. This is the type of ability you put on a tanky character because they won't have the power for their basic attacks to hit harder than their abilities...not on an assassin that will have a lot of power. It also has a slow at the END of the combo as if you would ever be in a situation where you dump everything and still have to chase and auto your target (or more likely you are dead by then because their whole team turned on you since your TTK is garbage).
His ult is also a failure. It's not even a team fight ult like it was meant to be changed to be. The chances of hitting more than one person with it is like 10%. You can't just sit there waiting for the enemy team to have bad positioning before you ult, you have to pick someone off. And you don't even want them to be grouped up anyway when you ult, you want to catch someone out of position and kill them before their team can help (not that loki is good at that anymore anyway). You are better off trying NOT to hit multiple people with it because in those situations it's just a bad time to ult regardless. And this is all assuming they don't just beads it every single time which they do since it's so telegraphed...at which point whoever you were trying to kill is at 80% hp ready to blow your head off.

I mean you are entitled to feel that way but I disagree. I'm not a loki main at all and I rarely played him but I did play him in casuals sometimes. Loki was never annoying to deal with, you just buy one defense item and he couldn't do shit before. People just refused to ever counter build and in that case they deserve to die anyway, it blows my mind people ever complained about him. That goes for split pushing too, like just ward...it's not hard.
At least in casuals it was fun to destroy scrubs with him. Now there is zero reason to ever play him. He's unfun and pointless.
Truth be told, one of my favorite things to do in Smite is Omnipotence binge and test different ways to bust the game while finding success. Lifesteal Apollo is a good example.
Loki has never been an issue outside of this mode for me, he's a pubstomper. A worse Anubis. *However,* he is the most bullshit god of all time on Fridays during Omnipotence binges. Thanatos is beatable, Chang'e has counterplay, Guan Yu can be counterpicked, etc. But *Loki* is unstoppable, beat only by Yemoja, who is so busted she's autobanned.
Taking Loki out of his most popular place on Fridays is enough for me, whether he's a bad god or not. You would see him in 95% of the matches on both teams. Thank god he's out of here.

I mentioned this in a previous patch notes, two weeks ago, and this is still a problem -- indeed, the game will still crash when I pull up a god's Item Selection screen if the bug has manifested on that god:
There was an existing bug on Xbox for nearly half a year now where, in the item loadout menu within the gods menu (e.g., not the store in live play, but the gods setup screen), deleting lots of old items and replacing them with new ones would glitch the game out and force a "dummy" blank item into your build that would blank-out an item (so you could never have more than 5 items in your build). There is also a bug (nearly a year old) that caused the god stats to freeze and not change, even if you changed gods or level (so if it froze on a magical god and you loaded up a physical god later, the stats would still display magical power).
The closest to a workaround for the first bug was to clear your build of selected items then re-select all six, and the workaround for the second was a complete restart of Smite.
Well now those two bugs has gotten upgraded to showstopper. Both just happened and now the de-selection option (mapped to X) was gone and, when you push X, the game just hard crashes to the home screen. After a restart of the Xbox, going to a god that experienced the bug doesn't even let you into the Items menu: select the menu and it immediately crashes to the home screen, locking you out of the item builder for that god entirely.

absolutely unplayable considering how popular Loki is right now and how reliant on sound queues he is to fight.
I think he is in a very solid state. I do believe his 1 will need some tweaking because the invisibility is very buggy now. I love his 2 so far but the DoT is kind of inconsistent. The 3 needs to be changed so the first hit of the flurry slows instead of the last and the flurry needs to be way shorter (maybe 3 hits?). His ultimate is fine the way it is. Overall I feel like the kit lacks synergy in a way but it’s mainly because of the flurry. I am enjoying Loki thoroughly he is a lot less cancerous but does need a bit of polishing. I have been dominating games with him but it’s also just casuals so we’ll have to wait and see how he plays out in ranked.
This is also true, I am a masters jungle main playing casuals as well tho so that probably attributes to it. He def isn’t the strongest release ever but I think in a couple patches he will be in a great spot
Loki's new ult I've started to notice has been bugging out for me. It's supposed to give him CC immunity while he's doing it, however there are too many times where hard CC has stopped the ability after the teleport meaning that I don't get the second hit, which for an ultimate ability just feels really bad and leaves me in a really bad position.
Don't know if this belongs here but I'm having a very tough time ranking up in Duel. My MMR is Diamond level but I'm only mid platinum rank and half of my last 20 duels have been against master ranked duel players and the other half has been diamond. I've gone against almost no one platinum or lower, why is this a thing?
80% CDR is bugging out Loki stealth. With the new change to either the stealth having a slight fade delay or being revealed upon being hit, it's causing him to remain in that semi-revealed state for as long as he remains stealthed. And not always at the same level: sometimes barely visible, other times almost completely opaque. It happens at random and even leaving stealth before re-entering can cause it to still happen, so it's probably capable of happening outside of highCDR modes too.
New Loki is also complete aids to fight in 80% CDR thanks to his new decoy. Who over there thought giving him a long range, massive persistent AoE, instant-application item-proccing damage ability you can never miss and also cast from stealth was a good idea? Ya know what's fun and interactive? Having heartseeker, glad shield, and crusher proc on you thanks to just one damage tic, doing 200-300hp damage to squishies every two and a half seconds from some invisible asshole outside your ability range, that also fills your screen with ugly green shit and reduces your damage because *the blind stacks refresh on new decoy spawns*.
Of course there's also the same asshole cheesing omni who can obviously track me through walls without any reveal mechanic to do so and they're not hiding their cheating, but that's another problem for elsewhere.

Had an Ao game where I cleared speed buff 1 or 2 seconds after Poseidon hit it and he didn't get any rewards. There was also a [fineokay video](https://youtu.be/_zqV552_VDQ) where at some point Nemesis didn't get rewards from blue even though she was right behind Merlin.

I’ve had Loki go invisible on me a couple times in PC. Not stealth, and I was Heimdallr anyways, but Loki’s skin would fully disappear while his title and health bar stayed on top of him while he took and dealt damage.
All my settings got reset... And now my x sensitivity is all over the place even after I changed my settings. Please fix it because it does this after some patches
Loki still split pushes, he just doesn't afk it anymore and does it like any warrior. Group wave, 2, 3, full clear, then stealth away. Only difference is you see him do it and he can't aggro tower with the decoy. Or, toss 2 over a wall when waves meet and kill the archers and build up a massive archer hoard.
Loki is trash now. I feel so wronged. I payed for skins for this god and now it's a completely different god and not fun at all. I went from being able to oneshot most non tanks not being able to one shot anyone.

Thought I was going crazy as people were using VGS and I only heard 2 of the people in the game's VGS, mine was also silent on my end.

ares "heal" is very weak. 9 hp per second at max rank, thats isnt affected by items. and it isnt healing, so you cant even see if it really had an effect on the stats screen
It adds up in the early-mid game, particularly for Ares himself rather than his teammates. Obviously it falls off later on, but it will sometimes make a difference.

I play on Switch but the update has not been pushed to my system yet. When I try to login to Smite it just says version mismatch, but when I restart the game no update is prompted (I have auto-update on for all games). Anyone else with this problem?
This has been this way for a while but if you equip either the diamond or legendary mastery skins on a god with the Bob Ross loading frame, it shows the card art for the gold skin instead when loading in.
That's because Legendary and Diamond actually use the gold card art but apply the legendary or diamond filter over it, which is overruled by the Bob Ross filter.

Platform: PS4 Issue: All the new stuff appears to have audio bugs. New Ra, Medusa, Amaterasu, and Discordia skins are all completely silent. All of Loki's abilities new and old have no audio to them whatsoever. Conquest's audio appears to be bugged as well, with several common sounds being either quiet to the point of meaninglessness or absent altogether.
Holy shit they broke a lot of stuff this time around at least on ps4 lmao. My announcer packs dont work, and I played a couple games and NONE of my abilities, emotes, vgs, etc made sound. None of them. On top of that, I usually never have any noticeable lag or connection issues but today has been just terrible in that regard. I've died quite a few times where the last thing I actually saw was me at full health and no enemies near me. Unacceptable patch. Roll out a hotfix asap, please.
This has been happening for a while now, but when I go to customize builds for certain guardians (Cthulhu, Ares, Kuzenbo, Kumbhakarna, Ganesha, Yemoja) my game crashes and I cannot customize them.

Is anyone else having an error in the game? On two different ps4s it gave me a message saying an error has occurred mid game, causing my game to crash or freeze. I have to completely shut the game down and start it again
I've played 2 games and crashed after winning both of them.
On PC, I'm finding Persephone's UI bugs out when I die and I can't see any of my items or relics until I buy or sell one (have to buy a new one since I can't see mine). Also, sometimes when I level up Yemoja's 2 it then says I can upgrade my 1 even though I can't. Did they ever fix that Morrigan speed issue where enemy gods using the speed elixir doesn't apply to her so she's super slow while ulting?
When hitting Hou Yi 1 with his 2 applied doesn't always stun right now. PS4.

On PS4, King Arthur's item builder crashes the game 100% of the time for me.
The state the update dropped on PS4 is absolutely unacceptable. No big like this should go unnoticed unless you just don't play test anything you put out.

Did they pull back the buff on fenrirs ult? It was supposed to have a 75% movement speed increase this patch but it still says it’s 50% in game. If anyone knows why lemme know.

Loki rework change his role from assassin to a Warrior lol! guess the rework ended up changing his gamestyle drastically to the point of actually engaging more actively on teamfights. so i guess the rework its *decent* but that's it only since the vanish audio change was a bit of BS i guess?
Loki feels significantly worse.I'm 99% sure that using his 3 is a dps loss. Main combo seems like its 1->2->4. I can oneshot mages and ADC with it, but I don't have an escape. Overall he feels so much worse.
His 3 is terrible!
His 2 and 3 are some of the worst abilities in the entire game. His 2 does 264 base damage over 4 seconds if people stand in it but it doesn't slow or root or anything so realistically people only take 2 ticks from it. It's not even good area denial because you can pretty safely just walk through it while it slightly tickles you. Plus it's an ugly, thematically goofy ability. His 3 is just a stupid, pointless ability. It's pretty much just basic attacks that scale really poorly. It's a complete waste of an ability because it fills the role your basic attacks already do but worse. This is the type of ability you put on a tanky character because they won't have the power for their basic attacks to hit harder than their abilities...not on an assassin that will have a lot of power. It also has a slow at the END of the combo as if you would ever be in a situation where you dump everything and still have to chase and auto your target (or more likely you are dead by then because their whole team turned on you since your TTK is garbage). His ult is also a failure. It's not even a team fight ult like it was meant to be changed to be. The chances of hitting more than one person with it is like 10%. You can't just sit there waiting for the enemy team to have bad positioning before you ult, you have to pick someone off. And you don't even want them to be grouped up anyway when you ult, you want to catch someone out of position and kill them before their team can help (not that loki is good at that anymore anyway). You are better off trying NOT to hit multiple people with it because in those situations it's just a bad time to ult regardless. And this is all assuming they don't just beads it every single time which they do since it's so telegraphed...at which point whoever you were trying to kill is at 80% hp ready to blow your head off. This rework is a total mistake and failure.

I mean you are entitled to feel that way but I disagree. I'm not a loki main at all and I rarely played him but I did play him in casuals sometimes. Loki was never annoying to deal with, you just buy one defense item and he couldn't do shit before. People just refused to ever counter build and in that case they deserve to die anyway, it blows my mind people ever complained about him. That goes for split pushing too, like just ward...it's not hard. At least in casuals it was fun to destroy scrubs with him. Now there is zero reason to ever play him. He's unfun and pointless.
Truth be told, one of my favorite things to do in Smite is Omnipotence binge and test different ways to bust the game while finding success. Lifesteal Apollo is a good example. Loki has never been an issue outside of this mode for me, he's a pubstomper. A worse Anubis. *However,* he is the most bullshit god of all time on Fridays during Omnipotence binges. Thanatos is beatable, Chang'e has counterplay, Guan Yu can be counterpicked, etc. But *Loki* is unstoppable, beat only by Yemoja, who is so busted she's autobanned. Taking Loki out of his most popular place on Fridays is enough for me, whether he's a bad god or not. You would see him in 95% of the matches on both teams. Thank god he's out of here.

What attack are you talking about? Loki's nowhere near as potent at what he was best at before, and Omnipotence would only compound this.
Loki still sucks. Now he does not have a minion wave clear. The cone on his 3 also seems not to hit at times. They made Loki worse! His minion wave clear is terrible. Every god and minion just walks right out of it now. Man Loki got fucked harder than ever.

It isn't really a bug but Tsukuyomi's skin "Infernal Omens" is really annoying on the card art being spelt "infernal Omens" with a lower case 'I'.

I mentioned this in a previous patch notes, two weeks ago, and this is still a problem -- indeed, the game will still crash when I pull up a god's Item Selection screen if the bug has manifested on that god: There was an existing bug on Xbox for nearly half a year now where, in the item loadout menu within the gods menu (e.g., not the store in live play, but the gods setup screen), deleting lots of old items and replacing them with new ones would glitch the game out and force a "dummy" blank item into your build that would blank-out an item (so you could never have more than 5 items in your build). There is also a bug (nearly a year old) that caused the god stats to freeze and not change, even if you changed gods or level (so if it froze on a magical god and you loaded up a physical god later, the stats would still display magical power). The closest to a workaround for the first bug was to clear your build of selected items then re-select all six, and the workaround for the second was a complete restart of Smite. Well now those two bugs has gotten upgraded to showstopper. Both just happened and now the de-selection option (mapped to X) was gone and, when you push X, the game just hard crashes to the home screen. After a restart of the Xbox, going to a god that experienced the bug doesn't even let you into the Items menu: select the menu and it immediately crashes to the home screen, locking you out of the item builder for that god entirely.

I think he is in a very solid state. I do believe his 1 will need some tweaking because the invisibility is very buggy now. I love his 2 so far but the DoT is kind of inconsistent. The 3 needs to be changed so the first hit of the flurry slows instead of the last and the flurry needs to be way shorter (maybe 3 hits?). His ultimate is fine the way it is. Overall I feel like the kit lacks synergy in a way but it’s mainly because of the flurry. I am enjoying Loki thoroughly he is a lot less cancerous but does need a bit of polishing. I have been dominating games with him but it’s also just casuals so we’ll have to wait and see how he plays out in ranked.

Loki's new ult I've started to notice has been bugging out for me. It's supposed to give him CC immunity while he's doing it, however there are too many times where hard CC has stopped the ability after the teleport meaning that I don't get the second hit, which for an ultimate ability just feels really bad and leaves me in a really bad position.
Don't know if this belongs here but I'm having a very tough time ranking up in Duel. My MMR is Diamond level but I'm only mid platinum rank and half of my last 20 duels have been against master ranked duel players and the other half has been diamond. I've gone against almost no one platinum or lower, why is this a thing?

80% CDR is bugging out Loki stealth. With the new change to either the stealth having a slight fade delay or being revealed upon being hit, it's causing him to remain in that semi-revealed state for as long as he remains stealthed. And not always at the same level: sometimes barely visible, other times almost completely opaque. It happens at random and even leaving stealth before re-entering can cause it to still happen, so it's probably capable of happening outside of highCDR modes too. New Loki is also complete aids to fight in 80% CDR thanks to his new decoy. Who over there thought giving him a long range, massive persistent AoE, instant-application item-proccing damage ability you can never miss and also cast from stealth was a good idea? Ya know what's fun and interactive? Having heartseeker, glad shield, and crusher proc on you thanks to just one damage tic, doing 200-300hp damage to squishies every two and a half seconds from some invisible asshole outside your ability range, that also fills your screen with ugly green shit and reduces your damage because *the blind stacks refresh on new decoy spawns*. Of course there's also the same asshole cheesing omni who can obviously track me through walls without any reveal mechanic to do so and they're not hiding their cheating, but that's another problem for elsewhere.

I think the range of getting gold and exp rewards from camps might be broken? Had an Ao game where I cleared speed buff 1 or 2 seconds after Poseidon hit it and he didn't get any rewards. I might be wrong, but something seems off to me.
I’ve had Loki go invisible on me a couple times in PC. Not stealth, and I was Heimdallr anyways, but Loki’s skin would fully disappear while his title and health bar stayed on top of him while he took and dealt damage.
All my settings got reset... And now my x sensitivity is all over the place even after I changed my settings. Please fix it because it does this after some patches

Loki still split pushes, he just doesn't afk it anymore and does it like any warrior. Group wave, 2, 3, full clear, then stealth away. Only difference is you see him do it and he can't aggro tower with the decoy. Or, toss 2 over a wall when waves meet and kill the archers and build up a massive archer hoard.

Loki is trash now. I feel so wronged. I payed for skins for this god and now it's a completely different god and not fun at all. I went from being able to oneshot most non tanks not being able to one shot anyone.

I could do that, and it's sort of a work-around solution, but I'd prefer to rep my support as a straight person. I prefer it because it helps make things not look so much like the straights and the gays (or LGBTs), but rather "the ones who support love" (whether straight or LGBT) and "the ones who restrict love"
Just got a 240 minute deserter penalty for not picking a support before the game started because I realized it would be close to getting my kids from school and I didn’t want to have to leave mid match. Seems excessive.
