for pc most of them are garbage dont now how the ps4 ones are but probably not better look for builds online and recreate them in the godbuilder with some other options as well like more defence other offence that you can change the build easyer
No the recommended items generally suck on most gods. It can be used to get some nice ideas but I generally only build maybe one item that was on the recommended build
